I got a big fridge delivered. Everything went along very smoothly, I could even manage the delivery without being at home and they delivered the fridge on the weekend too! Fridge got delivered without any damages & the price was fair too!

Ik kan dit bedrijf aan iedereen aanbevelen, Er werd via whatsapp uitstekend gecommuniceerd, de verhuizers hielden ons keurig op de hoogte van de veranderde aankomsttijd i.v.m. een lange file. Daarna hebben de mannen, ondanks de tropische hitte zeer vakkundig en voorzichtig de zaak aangepakt, harde werkers, en super aardig. Binnen pakweg een half uur was het helemaal gepiept, wij zijn meer dan tevreden en zullen volgende keer weer hier aankloppen als er wat te verhuizen valt.

The van arrived 2 hrs late due to some incident in the traffic, but they provided a 40 euro discount as a compensation.

I'm satisfied by a simple communication and acceptance of out of ordinary inquiries. They are quite busy but they will find a spot in the schedule to make their client satisfied as soon as suitable for the client. I'd order again.

As a student and also living on the second floor with a tight staircase, I was struggling to find affordable furniture and a way to bring it up. I was very happy with Rehome bv. They helped carry the couch I selected from their marketplace up. It turned out to be exactly as they described an in very good condition. Definitely will use again!

Very disappointing experience with ReHome.

We contacted them to sell several large items (dishwasher, oven, bed, TV table, dining table, etc.) before moving out. Our estimated value was around €500. They initially offered €90, then later dropped to a “final offer” of €30 for everything, which is completely unreasonable.

Due to time pressure, we accepted and scheduled a pickup for 8:00 AM on our move-out day. We confirmed the night before but received no reply. On the day itself, they simply did not show up and completely ignored all messages. No communication, no explanation.

This left us in a very stressful situation, having to remove everything ourselves last-minute before our handover.

This experience felt misleading and, at times, borderline exploitative given the time pressure involved. I would not recommend this service.

They helped me with my moving. It was easy and they answered all the questions beforehand. Even though the time that they promised to be available has been moved by a bit due to unexpected circumstances, the communication was still there and clear. Really nice guy that helped me as well with the moving. Their service is top class in my opinion, and I would always recommend them!

Excellent service and timely help!

I was initially not sure about the company because they gave a very low quote but the reason why it's so low made me go for it. They move your stuff in a sustainable way which makes it cheaper for everyone just with a little longer delivery time which honestly helps if you are in between contracts.

I will recommend Rehome to everyone!
