You can have a room where the HVAC works or you can have a room with a projector/TV monitor but not both.
I did provide written feedback a couple of days after my meeting here about the state of the property and room that we had. It was awful. I had reserved the boardroom with a window for 7 people. When I arrived there was no TV or monitor or any way to project for an 8 hour meeting I had scheduled. So instead we were given another room where the HVAC didn't work. The receptionist stated folks were aware of that (seems it had been this way a long time). She stated the answer was to bring in a fan which they had readily waiting. Nothing like attempting to run a meeting with a single super loud fan. The person sitting by it was at least cooled off. We had food brought in and were going to work through lunch but the team was drenched in sweat and all needed a break. I put all of this in my feedback and never heard back from anyone at Regus. So Regus, here is your second feedback from me on the Boston property. Doubtful I will hear anything again here. I know now to ask some very specific questions before I would reserve a future place. Questions like are there known heating/cooling problems in the room? Is there a monitor/TV projector?

Hi Jerri, I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Please accept our apologies for this, it’s clear that we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from us and for this we’re truly sorry.
Unfortunately, construction work elsewhere in the building caused technical problems with the AC system, rest assured we’re doing all we can to ensure this is repaired as soon as possible.
Although our meeting rooms are equipped with TV screens the one you used was a recent addition to the inventory and had yet to be fully equipped, you was allocated this room because the ventilation was the better of the two.
A senior member of the local team has contacted you directly and I’m pleased to hear that you’re satisfied with the resolution that we provided.
