New & more problems surfacing
New & more problems surfacing: Day Use Offices suddenly stripped of comfy & pretty furniture, chairs, side tables & accessories…of course without prior notice or regular customer input. Longterm torn carpets in entrance area not fixed or replaced x 1 year now despite reported, bathroom sink water flow turned down to save $$$ so have to run way longer, bathroom floors by urinals not washed by day porter or garbage can emptied mid-day so overflow onto floor, new copy machine not user friendly & takes WAY too long to do simple job. Staff coming & going WAY too often.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
The furniture hasn’t been removed from day offices. Your membership allows 10 office bookings per month to any of our centres worldwide, however, doesn’t guarantee a particular office for every visit as the offices are subject to availability. If your booking is in a smaller office, we may not be able to fit the same quantity of furniture as a larger office. If you would like a permanent office in one of our centres we would suggest talking to the local team who will give you pricing and availability.
The carpets were changed last year, as you mentioned, and are not heavily worn.
The water flow is certainly not controlled or restricted by the centre, this is simply not true. Cleaning services are scheduled daily and at our disposal should additional cleaning be needed. There have not been complaints about these things from other customers but if you feel there is the need for additional cleaning please let the local team know and they will request it.
We are sorry if you feel the printer/copier is slow, however, it is not complex and the staff are always available to guide you through the process and with anything else you may need.
