This is a scam

This is a scam! They charge an upfront fee, then that’s the end of it. I got 2 or 3 leads but turns out none of them were legit in anyway. Then it stopped. They took my money and that was all it was. Scam!

I joined regentology November 2022, and have only received 10 garbage leads, they claim 4-6/month, and haven't received on since March 2023. I just tried email the company and calling and both are no longer in service. Has anyone heard about the company and its current standings in the last month or so?

Now the customer service line is always busy and the email, that I sent to them today, has not been found and returned to me. Their web does not exist. I wonder if someone knows where are they now.

Money down the drain!

I paid this company $299.00 in June 2022. I received one lead who told me they already had an agent. That was the end of my communication with this company. It does not supply leads. It collects money from unsuspecting agents. I learned the hard way!

I was fed nothing but lies from this company. I was promised 5-7 leads per month. The first month, 2 leads came in and they were not serious buyers or sellers and were not interested in any real estate.

I contacted the company, they sent me a few more garbage leads and then nothing. I've tried emailing and calling and they don't respond.

DO NOT waste your time and money with them, they are solely here to rip people off.

This company is a scam. I would not recommend it, I should have done further research myself. They kept calling me with "so-called" leads. The actual leads provided which were maybe 4-5 total, they were people uninterested or 3-4 year old leads. They claim not to have "promised" anything. Regentology is nothing but a SCAM. They will take $299 from you and give you a few bogus leads and then you can't get a hold of them on the phone or by email. The Better Business Bureau has given them a rating of F. Avoid them when they try to contact you. They will be lying to you about everything that they promise.

Don't sign with this company- you will…

Don't sign with this company- you will be wasting your time and money. They promised to give up to 2 leads a month and did so but none of them were in the market of buying or selling. The leads weren't interested to talk or even answer the phone or email, request to delete their contact info and my money went to waste. They promised qualified buyers that are interested to buy within 3-6 months and it is not true. Please be careful!

Can I give them 0 stars

Can I give them 0 stars? I joined with the $299 upfront fee expecting to get verified leads. I received 3 leads within a few days, all of which had no valid phone numbers. When I called customer service and asked questions about the unverified leads, the representative argued with me. Since then, I've not received any more "leads". For a lead to be verified by any standard would mean that the company would have at the least verified valid contact information, Regentology does not do this. Also, take note of the individuals who have given feedback on their website, there are no last names for an agent to contact to verify the legitimacy of their feedback. Avoid this company and save $299!

As of 5/12/2023 I have received 5 leads and none have had valid contact info. And the last leads were April 14th. Regentology has since scrubbed my Dashboard with the only thing remaining is my profile. Something is not quite right about this company. Be aware before joining!

I signed up in October 2022

I signed up in October 2022. The told me that they send an average of 4-6 leads per month. It's now May 2023 and so far I've received 7 leads TOTAL. So now I'm 7 months in and got only 7 leads. So it's one per month. Some leads don't even have any emails or telephone numbers.
They were very nice with their sales pitch and now you cannot get them on the phone. They just wanted the upfront fee. Stay away from them and save your money.
I have the emails and invoice to back up my experience and claims.

This Company is a Scam...Do Not Believe anything they say.....You will receive what they consider quality leads that have ZERO knowledge of the area.....Looking foe a 4 BR 3 BATH home for 450k when Pricing in the area is well over 1 million.....The names, emails and numbers are comical...When you question them on it they say they will send you more....LOL...it's more useless leads that are sure as hell NOT VERIFIED....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
