Picture did need rework but they eventually made the appropriate changes and delivered an awesome finished product. Will order again

I love the picture. The price was worth it. However, if I might make one observation… the arms are not in proportion with the head. They are too long and make the image almost ‘ape-like’. I should have picked this up on the proof you sent me. This takes away the overall impression of the finished picture, which is a pity.

This was a gift for a friend. I gave it to him during a party for him and it was a huge hit. This was the perfect gift.

Super easy to order, extremely prompt artwork proof that was perfect on first draft and prompt delivery. This was our second purchase and the same standards across both purchases. Highly recommend.

Front the beginning to the end I received impeccable service. The end result was a fantastic picture. Excellent quality. All around great experience for the 3rd time.

Nothing about my transaction went smoothly with this company. I placed my order in the middle of January, did not receive the proof until January 28th - approved the proof shipping label was made and took 15 days for the product to arrive. Upon opening the box the picture was of another couple. i reached out several times asking for the correct product to be sent. no replies over e mail or text. Phone number for the company is not active. I have continued daily e mailing support and texting the number given and no response.

Follow Up 4/16/2025
After several unanswered texts, e mails and the review on trust pilot I did receive the correct product in about a 5-to-6-week time period. The item shipped was correct and is exactly as ordered.
I received a text about a week after receiving the product and was told that they had an internal communication problem causing the issues.

After reading positive reviews maybe this was a one off? If you order from the company I hope you have better luck than my experience.

I raised my original star rating from a one to a three since they did make it right and the product turned out great.

I was sent a proof and I wrote twice saying I did not care for it. I wanted to have her look older. Never heard from anyone. I ordered it because I needed it for a gift. Very disappointing in regards to customer service especially how expensive it was.

My sister's Kippy crossed the rainbow bridge over the summer so I purchased this item as a gift for her. The turn time was much faster than anticipated and the product is absolutly gorgeous. I do wish there were options to add real frames however, the product itself is fantastic. We were all very pleased.

Excited to get mine but I haven’t been able to get in touch with the company and I need to change the delivery address as I accidentally sent it to my old address . It’s been a week now

The product was excellent, however, I inadvertently made two orders instead of one. In trying to edit the first order i unintentionally started a second order and was charged a second time. I have explained the situation twice thru on-line support and have rec'd neither a response nor a refund.

Great service, needed some adjustments and they happily helped. Great service, fast shipping, quality product.

We lost our young dog to cancer on 4th December and I ordered a pawtrait for Christmas for my husband. Shipping says label issued awaiting item. I have sent numerous communications with no response so now adding stress to a really sad event:(

I purchased 3 pictures for my friends for Christmas that showcased their "royal" dogs - saying they loved them is an understatement! I appreciated their proof process and did make a revision on one portrait and was super fast and easy! I will definitely be a returning customer and have already shared their website with many! Thank you for making my gifts the star of the party!

The final image was better than expected! Our recipient laughed, cried and hugged us all. She loved it!
