Refurbo Arvostelua 882

Bought laptop on Amazon but stopped working altogether - couldn't even turn screen on. So looking at my order, it said i could return item, which i did. Have not heard anything since, despite numerous emails - no response. Telephone number given is faulty too. Terrible service.

Bought a Macbook 7 months ago, said it was in pristine condition, it has problems. I have been trying to contact Refurbo for 1 month to try and find my warranty, all my emails have been ignored.

bought this MacBook back in December and it already has massive problems the screen only works correctly at certain angles the colours just go all fecked and glitches I emailed them picture and have not seen any sort of reply even though it says you get a 1 year warranty it overheats so fecking much literally burns you. greens go blue blacks go red etc kinda like it inverts the colours considering I bought this MacBook in "pristine condition" hahahaha what a joke of a company do not use these scammers

Brilliant - my magic keyboard arrived as promised. In excellent condition and once plugged in to charge the battery, worked again as advertised.
Bought this one to replace a previous wireless keyboard model that stopped working.
Saved a significant amount compared to buying a new unit.

Fast delivery, keyboard exactly as described and as seen in the images, so far working well no issues.

We ordered a laptop through Amazon and there was a fault with fan. we contacted them and they sent out a return postage slip immediately. Once they received the laptop back it was only a matter of a few days before before we had the laptop back.

Their customer service on the phone has been fantastic and the pace of their repair and return was great.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The computer I chose arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Absolutely brilliant. It appeared to be in very good condition (but not pristine) and I went through the initial stages of setting up.

But it stalled indefinitely at loading excel, word, my e mail account and just would not go any further. I went out on a job and when I got back it had shut down and although blinking lights could be seen it would not respond or show any signs of life. I called a technician friend who looked at it and he said it was faulty and to return it.

When I moved it to another room to pack it back up it suddenly sprang to life. So as a first step I loaded the free anti virus which went ok. So I left it plugged in for a while, went to eat my evening meal. When I returned it had shut down again. The blinking light was still there, but eventually that stopped too and then there was no life in the computer at all, so I contacted Refurbo and on their instruction I returned it under the 30 day warranty.

Refurbo have been prompt at responding to my contact through their site. They were prompt in dealing with my initial telephone queries before I purchased and in the dispatch of the computer. But I suggest that something must have gone awry in the refurbishment process. The computer is back with them now, I’m hopeful of a better replacement. But they are reassuringly responsive and I’m sure they will put things right. I have taken the step of getting my old computer repaired to put me on for now however.

Fine. Charger is new quality and arrived quickly.

I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now, and no issues.

As good as new, very happy.
