They are unable to recover the money from the airline, after the whole family stayed at the airport for 24 hours, the flight being delayed.
They are not serious, because 11 months have passed since then and they have kept delaying us. And they keep writing to us about other additional fees to pay after winning the dispute. Other companies have long paid the compensation without other fees. They do not deserve anyone's trust. We are disappointed and feel cheated. Be very careful with this company.

Two years ago, I decided to take my children to London, but our trip didn't start as planned because our flight was delayed. I honestly wasn't sure whether we would ever receive any compensation, but the Refundio team took care of everything.

The whole process took almost two years, as there were several people in our travel group, but they never gave up. Throughout the entire process, they kept me updated, explained what was happening, and handled all the paperwork. All I had to do was provide the basic information at the beginning, and they did the rest.

What I appreciated most was that I never felt forgotten. Even when the process was taking a long time, they continued to communicate with me and reassure me that they were still working on our case. In the end, they successfully obtained compensation for all of us.
