Absolute scam. I was forced to subscribe to refundid and pay for their service in order to get an actual refund to my card from Showpo. After doing so, I still am only offered an exchange or store credit - no monetary refund.

These people at Witchery are the BEST !!!!! Their refund attitude snd process is excellent and super efficient like no other! and I would always return buy from that alone !!!!
Thank you for getting it right !!

Instantly back in your bank account so you can re order I can’t believe how fast it was best return / refund out there 10/10thankyou kindly

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been charged multiple times for a returns label for a company that insisted I used refundid to get my money back on a return. I was charged 3 times in a row for this, and they will not give me my money back, the replies to my emails do not make sense and I doubt it is even a human emailing me, they do not understand what I am telling them. Refund me the money you took multiple times. I will never use this again.nor shall I buy from a company that uses this.

The order was delivered quickly but the item was damaged. Ordered for our special day but it was so embarrassing to receive a torn and damaged dress.

ABSOLUTE SHIT SHOW. I’ve requested my account be cancelled multiple times, only to be told it’s closed, and yet they are consistently trying to take money from my account. Not happy!

The Refundid system is excellent. Extremely easy to use and funds are paid into your nominated account immediately. Checking the status of your return via the Refundid app and your return history is a great feature also.

Processed a Country Road refund using Refundid. The process was easy and the refund was in my bank account in seconds! Highly recommend this service and hope more business get on board. Super impressed.

Super easy to use, excellent customer service, and my refund hit my account the same day. It doesn’t get much better than that. Thanks, Refundid!

My experience with REFUNDIT was smooth easy and quick, payment came through straight away, with a follow up confirmation email.
