Watch and companion app is glitchy. Battery life with GPS on renders it more or less useless. I was asked to put a review on the company's website and gave an honest and polite 2 star review. They didn't publish it so don't believe any claims on their website. This review is downgraded to one star based on the watch / app performance and the experience posting a review with the company. You get what you pay for I suppose.

It tells the time!!!That part is accurate. I was shocked at how little steps I did in a day at work until I compared it to my husbands Garmin whilst we were on holiday (doing exactly the same steps!). The difference was around 2000 steps. Not a game changer, but enough to annoy me, along with it constantly disconnecting to my phone. I know it’s not a Garmin and doesn’t have the same price tag, but counting steps accurately is a basic. I would shop elsewhere.

The watch itself is good for the money but the accuracy of the step and sleep tracking seems poor compared to Fitbit.

Ordered a smart watch on the recommendation of my colleague. What a difference this makes. I’ve been driving to work despite only being 2.1 miles away. Now I walk and let my watch tell me how great I’m doing. All without the price tag of the so called best brands. I also got a 20% discount. I could not recommend them more. !!!!!!!!!

Inaccurate step counter
I purchased the Reflex Spectra 300 to track my steps and provide some health statistics . The watch has not met my expectations , the step tracker is constantly miscalculating my steps , sometimes more than 3 times the steps done making me doubt the other info it gives me . I regret buying this watch , contacted their customer service and was told to use the step counter as a guide only , laughable . The watch itself looks quite good but defin not worth the purpose it was bought for .

2 watches in 4 years
2 watches in 31/2 years - both broken. Simply will not sync to phone. Also the strap on the first 1 perished within a few months after quite minimal use. Customer service doesn't exist with this company - it’s appalling - offered 50% off another watch. What?? To break again within 2 years?? Don’t think so. Better off spending a bit more and opting for a more reliable brand that doesn’t take your money, doesn’t work, who employ apathetic agents, and who refuse to accept that they’re crap watches.

I bought a Reflex Active series 31 smart watch around a month ago. It has been working OK but now the step count is totally off the scale (recording at least double the number I've actually done.

Poor quality
I have had to go back into Argos where I purchased this watch from online 4 times. The first watch I collected from the store- didn’t come on or show any signs of charging. I had to take this watch back and swap it for another where the same thing happened again. After returning to the store with the second watch asking them to set up the third incase I go home and the same thing happened the woman in Argos said it was a ‘bad batch’ meaning I had to change my original watch to a different style then the woman managed to get it on for two seconds and said it will be fine when I go home it will just need a minimum of four hours charge due to flat battery yet I charged for 4 hours + more and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend I have now had to take this watch back to get my refund- not worth it for what it is at all.

Pretty rubbish
Pretty rubbish. Only paid £9 for it so not too upset, but that's all it's worth.
It doesn't sync to Strava, so that's mis selling. GPS activities can be shared to Strava, but nothing else. All in all it's a nice looking watch, but it really doesn't work as it should.

We can assure you that all of our smartwatches are compatible with Strava when connected through the Blue or the Red Reflex Active app. To successfully sync an activity, please ensure the following steps are completed:
1. Ensure your Reflex Active watch is paired and synced with your smartphone via the Reflex Active app.
2. Complete an activity on your watch, such as a run, walk, or bike ride.
3. Once the activity has been saved, navigate to the activity history/data section within the app.
4. Open the activity details and select the Strava logo.
5. Follow the prompts to authorise and connect your Strava account.
If any of these steps are missed, the activity may not sync correctly with Strava.
We sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused and hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future. We'd be more than happy to assist further if you have any questions at support@reflex-active.com .

Terrible service
The watch doesn't keep accurate step counts. For 3 days in a row, mine showed 0 steps but calculated my heart health. It showed incorrect readings before but these usually righted themselves. I emailed Reflex Active and asked them to replace the watch as it was still under guarantee. They refused and said I'd need to send the watch back. I've now bought another one but please don't waste your money on this product!

To clarify, our returns process for faulty items requires the product to be returned to us first so that our team can inspect and assess the fault. In many cases, the issue can be resolved through repair, and if the watch cannot be repaired, we would of course arrange a replacement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send a replacement without first receiving and checking the faulty item, as we need to determine whether the issue can be fixed before proceeding with a replacement.

Im afraid I have to agree with most of the 1 star reviews
The watch is great to look at and generally works well as a Watch but I find it impossible to rely on the Step counter.
When it works it works well but carrying my Phone in pocket yesterday I compared the Steps of both for the same trip . 4800 for the phone and 10500 for the Watch
Today I've been up 5 hours , got the car out , been to bottom of Garden and loo 3 times. Estimated 800 steps and it's on 4 times than @ 3207
I found it is critical to accuracy where worn on wrist and the tightness of the strap and I haven't found a way like today to reset steps to Nil. and even if you could find the exact spot to wear it you may be ok till you have to take it off to charge it .
If I know the Step counter is unreliable how can I trust the other things it measures ?
Back to Casio watch and Phone for step counting
**** Edit **** after reading reply below. Can I return the product for a refund please. One month gone and Ive got a 7.99 Pedometer which crosschecks well with the one on my phone so Im happy with that
