Reef Rash Arvostelua 

Be warned: This company is utterly dishonest and does not honour the terms of its own purchase agreements. Having ordered a lifejacket from them on 28th August and filled in my address, they sent it instead to a pick-up point miles away.
When I asked them where it was they said they sent items to pick-up points as they were not being delivered properly by Evri. The woman dealing with my emails didn't seem to understand or care that a purchase is a contract and they had breached the terms of it. She said incorrectly that the pickup location was only 'a couple of minutes away' when actually it would have taken me an hour round trip on my bike. She refused to issue me a refund until the item came back to her. I still haven't had my money back a week after she said this.
Utterly appalling. Don't touch with a bargepole.

I ordered a towel from this company, which was dispatched via Evri. Unfortunately, the parcel has still not been delivered and has shown as “delayed” for the past two weeks.

During this time, I have sent two emails, contacted them via Instagram, and made multiple phone calls. I eventually managed to get through to someone by phone, only to be told that they had been busy, which was supposedly why they had not responded to my emails. There was no apology, acknowledgement, or genuine attempt to resolve the situation.

I explained that I understand the delay itself is not necessarily their fault and that Evri is responsible for the delivery. However, as the retailer, I expected them to take some responsibility for helping their customer resolve the issue. I asked what they could do about my missing parcel, particularly as I do not want to pay for an item that I have not received. Their response was simply that there was nothing they could do.

The level of customer service was extremely disappointing. At no point did anyone properly apologise for the situation or show any understanding of my frustration. They repeatedly mentioned that they had been attending a wedding. I completely understand that employees have personal lives and that people can be busy, but there was a much more professional way to communicate this. A simple apology and an explanation that they had been away and were catching up with emails would have been completely understandable. Instead, I was repeatedly told that they were “busy”, which came across as dismissive.

The phone call was particularly disappointing. The younger member of staff I spoke to appeared to have very little customer service experience, and I could hear a woman in the background telling him what to say. Her tone also came across as extremely rude and unhelpful.

I appreciate that Evri is responsible for delivering the parcel, but I contacted the retailer because I am their customer and expected them to help resolve the issue. Being told that there was “nothing they could do” after two weeks of waiting, despite numerous attempts to contact them, is simply unacceptable.

Overall, this has been an extremely poor customer service experience. The lack of communication, lack of apology, and complete unwillingness to help has left me very disappointed. I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, particularly if something goes wrong with their delivery.

Ordered 2 wetsuits which were as described. I paid the postage through their website but items were not delivered as incorrect postage paid apparently. I had to pay the fee to get the parcel (didn’t know what it was at this point). I contacted the co expecting them to offer to reimburse me but they told me to contact RM, that they paid the correct postage so effectively not their problem. Disgrace!!! Would not use again or recommend

DISGRACEFUL ABSURD AVOID!

This is very probably the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The woman there who I believe is the owner of this little company behaves in the most bizarre manner. Despite the fact that I was the one who initiated a refund, she hounded me non-stop on the phone and with the emails until I was at the point where I thought I might call the police.
An utterly disgraceful company. They deserve to go out of business soon.

No customer service, no clear instructions how to return the purchase. Stuck with product I need to return. Save yourself the time and don't bother.

I bought O'Neill wetsuit boots 5mm and they were so helpful. I am a size UK 5 and because the size of them is quite small they phoned me and said I will be better to go up either one or two sizes. My feet are narrow so we opted for the next size up and they fit perfectly, they are a snug fitting. If you are between a 5&6 UK I would suggest going up 2 sizes and if you have wider feet, but just contact them, they are very helpful. I have tried my boots out today in winter and they are perfect, I love them.

We bought some gloves online from Reef Rash that claimed to be "watertight" - but which leaked like a sieve. A simple matter to return for a refund you might think? Not with these guys!

The Reef Rash response was to deny there was a problem, send angry emails in ALL CAPS followed by unwanted phone calls. Had to do a credit card chargeback in the end. Couldn't have been worse really.

Avoid!
