The ReechUs team are fantastic! I’ve been training with them for just over a year and my programme has been challenging, varied and delivered fantastic results. All nutrition and activity is tracked and monitored which means it’s super easy to see your progress and stay motivated. I’ve worked with one of the ReechUs trainers since June of last year. At the time, I was overweight, overeating, unmotivated and on a downward spiral. In the year since, my transformation is hard to believe. I’m at my optimum weight now, eating a balanced diet (mostly!) and really enjoying my work in the gym. My training programme is changed monthly, keeping me motivated. Everything is monitored and recorded so as well as seeing the physical changes I can see why they are happening.
