I am discussed with the behaviour of your staff member at Newcastle airport.
I booked an paid for a car to be picked up when i arrived i was ask for my card and licence plus a proof of address and then asked for a credit card. I explained I don't have 1 but my debit card which is a master card should be valid she then went on to argue this is not accepted etc and I asked to speak to her manager she also said no an she would not contact him to verify etc.
I said to her ive booked a rental before with my Mastercard an yes it is valid why do I need a credit card. I told her ive paid the deposit plus rental fees online with there company an she said she will not refund or couldn't.

I left with no car no money and was in shock with how rude and unhelpful this team member was. I will not be renting with your company again and I hope I get my refund as well.
Due to this staff member I now have to wait till the end of the week to do anything about my refund.
This team member definitely needs some retraining with her customers services and maybe training in what she allowed to do etc.
By the way my card was accepted i checked while i was in talks for my refund and so she was wrong.

You stating your ads that you are the only company that didn’t increase their rates during the fuel crisis. You don’t pay for fuel you idiots. The client pays for the fuel. What a bullshit ad that is congratulations on spinning more garbage on the radio.

We had a great experience with redspot, Brisbane International airport. Getting the car was easy, it was very close to the airport exit. It ran very well and we even got taken to our hotel by the branch manager after dropping it back.

Only issue was the car didn't have any window washer in the reservoir which was a pain when on the motorway.

After a stressful start to my trip and being unexpectedly left without a car by another provider, the team at RedSpot genuinely stepped in to help. From the moment I walked in, they were empathetic, calm, solution-focused and incredibly personable. You could tell they genuinely cared about helping me get back on track rather than just processing another booking. Chris worked with me to find a solution for my 5-day rental and completely turned my day around. The customer service was exceptional — professional, understanding and refreshingly human. I was also given a near-new vehicle with only 8,000kms on it, which made the whole experience even better.In a world where customer service often feels transactional, the team at RedSpot stood out for all the right reasons. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will absolutely be coming back again.

Hi amazing service from staff member Philip the 2nd time he has served me and very helpful and always a pleasure using Redspot my go to car rental in Sydney never over priced like the other car rentals.

We hired a VW Polo for a week from Canberra Airport. The car was low mileage, clean and comfortable. The price was significantly less than competitors, including full insurance. During the week we got a slow leak in a front tyre. Sam from the Redspot office at Canberra Airport changed the tyre at no cost. Sam is an ex VW technician and was extremely helpful. We can’t fault Redspot on quality, price or service. It was a great experience.

Check in was quick and easy. Phillipa was friendly and helpful. Car was upgraded and just right for needs. Return was simple, hand the keys in and on our way. Price was great.

Your customer service representative at the Melbourne airport needs to learn that everybody is a possible customer.

Great service, the can do attitude goes the extra mile. Nothing was a hassle and vehicle was neat as a pin.

We found ourselves without a car at the airport. We had booked a car with another company only to be told at the desk that they had no cars available, despite us having a confirmation email and voucher. Teresa at Red Spot was a lifesaver. She moved some bookings around and found us a car that we could use for the 2 days we required. It was also at half the price we had paid for the car booked with the other major brand company. Excellent service!

Australian car hire, car wasn't clean, 3 days later still no tax invoice, and followed up already, and its silence! Overvall the booking platform is not as modern and easy to use as the other car rental places, i wouldnt use them again.

I rented a car from Brisbane in march, I Paid they told me to pay an extra 100 deposit returnable after return, Which was never done, Now they are taking more from my account, I am taking this to A Current Affair Not happy

Travelled to Brisbane on business. Did the pre-check in the night before to save time. Still waited in a queue for an hour at collection with just about 5 other people in front of me. Not good enough!

Absolutely fantastic service from Monica and Julia in the Redspot office at the airport. We arrive on an unexpected trip so had to arrange a car last minute. From the minute we walked through the door they were super friendly, highly organised, and had everything sorted, keys in hand and was being shown to our car before we knew it. I really can sing their praises enough about the level of customer service received.

The staff at the counter is friendly and professional. The car is clean and a new model. Would trade again.

Took more than 1 hour to get the pre-booked car

Prior to my arrival at Hobart I got a call from them asking for my flight details a couple of hours before my arrival which I provided and could tell the lady on the phone wasn’t happy and sounded like she was desperate to get home. My flight ended up being delayed and I was 12 minutes yes minutes late to pick up the car but they were closed and no contact details. I have now been trying to get in contact via email and phone for 3 days with no answer on phones or response to emails. I still don’t have the car I pre paid for. DO NOT USE THESE guys they are a scam with no one willing to help. They steal your money and run. DO NOT USE it’s a scam it should be noted all other car hire companies were open and doing a roaring trade. Currently they have nearly $700 and I have no car
