We're delighted to hear you’re pleased with your refurbished Google Pixel Watch 3 and that it arrived quickly, well packaged, and in excellent condition. We take great care to ensure every item meets high standards, so it’s wonderful to know that reflected in your experience.
Fantastic price and service from Red Rock.
Firstly the price, the mesh internet booster was a third of the retail price as it was a reconditioned item which looked brand new.
Living in a three storey house the router is positioned in the middle floor and the wi-fi downstairs was appalling even with 900 meg broadband.
The mesh has sorted the problem and can now run 8k without any problems.
The delivery was around three days and was e-mailed with the tracking number so it kept me up to date.
Service was great and I have just ordered another one.

I recently bought a second hand pixel watch 2 from Red Rock UK ltd for a valentine's day gift, Purchased at the last minute on the 11th and received on the 13th, I can't fault the speed of dispatch, or service from the team. A huge thank you for getting this one out for delivery so fast! The watch itself is in pristine condition, supplied with a charger and band, matching the detailed description of the item.
I have bought from red rock previously and never had any issues, I would fully recommend this retailer.

Outstanding Service and Quality – Highly Recommended!
I recently purchased from Red Rock UK Ltd through their eBay shop, and the entire experience was faultless. From start to finish, the process was handled with professional efficiency.
The item arrived promptly, significantly ahead of the estimated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise. It was packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit, demonstrating a clear commitment to customer satisfaction. The product quality itself is excellent and exactly as described in the listing; it is evident that they take pride in the items they stock.
Communication was also top-notch, with clear tracking information provided immediately. It is rare to find such a reliable seller that combines competitive pricing with high-quality service. I would not hesitate to purchase from Red Rock UK Ltd again in the future.

Goods not as described
Ordered a solar charger for the ring doorbell 2nd generation but received an incompatible version that they are selling for £10 less. Luckily I only ordered one because I actually need 2 but only ordered one so I could make sure it was ok before buying the second. That turned out to be a wise decision. Buyer beware!!
