Yesterday afternoon we went to Red Robin at the District. Duane was the waiter. We couldn't have asked for better service. He was attentive, friendly and kind. The service was quick and the food was wonderful. He was fun to talk to. I haven't service that good for a long time. Thanks Duane!

STAFF& WAITRESSES RUDE AS HELL FOOD WAY OVERPRICED SYSCO BRAND SHIT HAMBURGER CHEAP &STEAK FRIES AWFUL.

Our server was anything but friendly. We had to ask for water after waiting for him to go attend an 18 yr old girl party and cleaning another table. He had 2 orders of cold short fries sent to our table and then acted like he deserved praise, with no napkins or silverware. When asked if we could get napkins he replied my hands are a little full very sarcasticaly. He never offered to refill our drinks or our "bottomless" fries. If i had been the one paying for this meal i would not have given him more than a 10% tip. He was too involved with the girls party and not with his other customers tables. Probably not going back there again.

We had to wait we'll over an hour to receive our order. The price was exorbitant for the quantity and quality. $100.00 to feed four people.

It was for our employee appreciation Luncheon. Delivered on time, set up was great. The person that delivered was professional and friendly. He did it with a smile. Everyone was happy with the food and the condiments supplied. We had plenty.

They just had a deal where they advertised you could get a free burger per day for all of May for $20. And they gave you a link that you could click on and buy it at a certain time. When the time came all of their servers crashed, nothing worked right, and I ended up wasting about 45 minutes sitting there refreshing the page over and over again trying to buy this deal that they had. In the end I was told they are only offered like a hundred of these nationwide which is total bull crap. So yeah I'm pretty mad, screw Red Robin I don't know if I'm ever going to go there again. That was not a cool thing that they did to everybody. Don't advertise something and make it sound like it's for everyone when only a few people get it.

Cooperate does crappy limited number promotions that are rugged and the individual franchises does fallow through

There lucky to even get a star,it was the most greasyest burgers,I told the waitress I didn't want mayo or any sauce as I told her I wanted ketchup and mustard so she brings me two buns for me to take care of there mess up,I did not get the onions that were supposed to be on it because she made me take the burger off the buns instead of her taking it back for a new one.I will never go back there

This place is mf GREAT!!! I’m a food connoisseur ! I think I used that right who cares try that buzzer beater this is great unlimited fries and drink big burger for low price come down ! My stomach super full right now

Well first I would like to know why I had a $2.99 entertainment fee?? And I ordered side of Mac and cheese which I thought was included in the price of my 15.99 chicken sandwich the waiter when he asked what side should have said that will cost extra will definitely not be going back

Not only is Red Robins an American owned restaurant but now they want you to get points before you can get your birthday burger. We will never go to this restaurant again….

I did an online order for our office for 11 people. When I got there our food was ready on time and Daisy was very kind and helpful when I asked for some extra sauces to go. When I got back to the office, all of the orders were there and done correctly! Good job!

Special at Spokane Valley WA was two tavern burgers for the price of one with Uber Eats. $14+ for small, cold, poor tasting burgers. For the same price, Five Guys has double the meat and cheese on their double cb and twice the fries In little fries. Won't waste my $ ever again at Red Robin.

I placed a curbside pickup order at Red Robin’s in Easton PA. I got there 5 minutes after they said my order would be ready . I called when I got there and no one answered. So then I waited a minute and called again . A man answered and said he would check my order and sent it out . I waited 25 minutes longer and still no one came out so I went in. The hostess was in the bar area and when she saw me she came . I told her about my order and she went and got it. I asked her if it had been sitting there all this time. She said yes but they didn’t have anyone to bring it out . Meanwhile I had two elderly people sitting in the cold car waiting for this food. I asked to speak to the manager . He came out and didn’t even seem like he cared that our food was cold and sitting there for 25 minutes. He said the person that was going to bring it out was washing dishes . What terrible customer service to let an order sit for 25 minutes while someone finishes washing the dishes .
I called customer service to complain also . This type of service is unacceptable and needless to say we will not be returning .

Doubled charged, told the manager he lies and says he will take care of. NEVER DID

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We went to the Red Robin in Richmond Heights, Missouri. We arrived at 5:50 PM. Our drinks were ordered at 6:15. Our dinner order was taken at 6:50! Our drinks were never refilled. We left at 7:45! This was a "free" dinner provided by a sales company. My husband just wanted to leave, but I asked for the manager. It was a weeknight and not busy. He looked at us like we were crazy. We pointed out the booth we were sitting in and expressed our dissatisfaction. He had absolutely no concern, for our complaint. I wrote a review, literally in the car on the way home. We were contacted immediately and advised to call customer relations. Oh, they were very sorry that this happened to us. I have called 2 times since December 19th and have never heard back. But they sent me a survey LOL. Save your time, save your money and go any place else.
EDIT. Still no reply to our repeated calls to customer service.

When eating my Red Robin burger and onion rings, I found a pubic hair on the crust of an onion ring. I obviously stop eating. I believe it is pubic hair because of its characteristic shape, curliness, and sharp pointed ends. I filed a complaint with Red Robin. They refunded the cost of my onion rings and burger. They offered me a gift card to eat at Red Robin, but I declined the gift card because I was not planning to eat there anymore, nor give the card to a friend to eat there. I suggested they make a donation to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, but they declined.

We really enjoyed our meals there! The food was really good. But then we had an issue with the bill. I need to say that Red Robin went over and above what we expected to rectify the issue. This made us very impressed with this company. We will definitely be repeat customers because they did so much to help and did it without a hassle! Kudos Red Robin for excellent customer service.

I stopped in Red Robin on 1-7-25 around 315Pm. I was greeted by the host a young man didn’t catch his name promptly brought to a booth was very professional.The waitress who was named Samantha came over and took drink order came back with drinks took my order in a very professional manner . Samantha kept checking and asking how food was and if needed anything.When done eating check was brought promptly and taken care of..I would like to let the manager know that Samantha is a very good waitress and very professional and seems to be a valuable employee. I hope that Samantha receives praise for a great job.
This was the Red Robin in the Towns center in Fayetteville New York
