My experience was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE with Redollar!
So i have all correspondence between myself and redollar to back up what im saying! No games here!… on march 28 I received an email from redollar after sending in the order and description of my item that my shipping kit was on its way within 2 business days so today being April 6, i email them as to the status! So i was then told to check my “spam folder” and this is after normal emails had been working fine!
Well guess what? I got nothing from them!
so i would not recommend their business in ANY WAY based on my brief interaction and dealings with them!

And the best part was their email to me stating the kit being mailed was just an automated response so i should have disregarded that! Lol what a joke that was… and very unprofessional! I would not use their services!!!

So i have some beautifully large alluvial gold nuggets of which i sent a pic of to ReDollar and they are I believe trying to save face somehow and very desperately by saying they don’t believe my sample is gold or Whatever excuse they come up with but if anyone who reads this and that knows gold I will send u the same pic i sent “ReDollar” and u tell me what u think!! Yeah id avoid these ReDollar guys because alot of games Played and alot excuses as well!

And i dont know what alleged “Team” it is that Redollar is speaking of in terms of 8 emails?
Oh maybe if they are talking about the one they alleged was sent to my “Spam” folder, and their automated response i was told to disregard so since Redollar speaks of this team,and they almost seem to be claiming they themselves sent out 8 separate emails from alleged “team”!
So here is my proposal, specify each of your so called “team” members names and contact info including email addresses, the exact dates of so called 8 individual contacts they are alleging their “team” made to me with proof of said! Such as they would need to prove their claim of contact! And by all means “Redollar” has my permission to post any and all correspondence between us and i especially am looking forward to seeking them! And their own web page states very clearly that they Indeed Do buy rough gold such as a gold nugget, etc! And nowhere on their web page is it specified that they no longer purchase minerals, ct

They sent out a package to transfer my old jewelry in, and the day it was delivered to them I was paid 270 dollars for my old ring - never would have got that much from a pawn shop or anywhere else. Will definitely come back if I have more to sell.

As everyone else, I was skeptical to send in some old gold and silver jewelry. The local pawn shops weren't even offering a third of the metal value. Requested a shipping kit and I sent off my jewelry. I weighed everything before it left. The day they received it, I heard back later that day with an offer. So first off, one of my silver bracelets was not silver and they sent me a picture of it in their offer stuck to a magnet. 2 gold pieces I had, showed to be fake. All this was in a nice pdf with pictures. I was given an offer for everything that was real. I called local Florida jewelers about their prices to purchase my three-plus ounce, 14K, gold bracelet. I figured 14K is 58% of 24K which was around $1,800 per ounce and therefore the gold value of the bracelet before smelting, S&H, and profit was roughly 3 ounces x $1,800/oz x .58 or $3,132 plus pending certified scale weight. Local jewelry store quoted me $600 to $800 per ounce or $1800 - $2,400 for the bracelet. That felt kind of light to me, so I did some research on the web and found reDollar.com. I liked their reviews and return policy if not satisfied with their quote.

Sent them some pictures of the bracelet and was impressed with their quote of $2,842 based on the pictures and my rough weight from a postage meter which is not Troy ounces. Gold is weighed in Troy ounces.
