Red Light Man Arvostelua 

I bought the red-infrared combo mini over two weeks ago and I have not yet received it. I sent two emails and have not heard back. There is also no phone number anywhere on the website.

I ordered my the Red-Infrared Combo Light. I live in the US and received my device in about 10-days time, which is not too bad. It was also packaged well in that the device was protected and there wasn't any waste (hate when companies use big boxes to send small products). I was so looking forward to using my device but I cannot get it to turn on at all! I insert the plug all the way (as far in as I can physically get it to go) and I get absolutely nothing when I plug it into a working outlet. I contacted the company 2 days ago via the form on their website, notifying them that my device seems to be defective, but still have not heard back. I can't find a number anywhere on the website to call. I've read other reviews saying that I need to be patient and the response will come, but I also wrote to the company BEFORE I purchased the device (nearly 3 weeks ago now) and NEVER received a response. So, I'm a bit worried. I've read good reviews about the quality of the product so I do hope that the company responds and sends me a working device so I can try it (or let me know if I might be doing something wrong)!

UPDATE:
Since posting the review above, I received a response from the company. Two days is a decent response time, so I was probably too quick to worry that I wasn't going to hear back! In the response, the company is offering to send a replacement, but trying to guide me to trying to fix the problem first, which would be great so that I don't have to wait any longer to use! I will update again as soon as I get this resolved (and hopefully increase the star-rating!)

I've bought 3 devices from Mr Gibson. The Combo 2.0 is by far in my opinion a super high quality and AFFORDABLE device. It has all the spec's required for consistent, long-term use. The website is full of information and he is in touch prombtly. In fact just recently I had a delay due to some minor paper work and he was able to quickly reslove it. These devices are hidden gems in the redlight/NIR market.

I ordered the Infrared and Red Light Mini.
This was on a Thursday. I calculated 10 days for delivery. I got the package next Mondy morning in the mail. I couldn't believe it. I run upstairs unpacked the product and started right away.

The product was packed beautifully, padded with styrofoam-like material. Perfect condition.

Since a year I had a numb feeling in my lower left leg and foot. Caused by a car accident. I did TCM Moxy Bustion which brought some relief.

With this Red Light and Infra-Red Light, I got rid of this numb feeling within 10 days. I am still wondering about its success. After reading more about the Red Light Therapy I am sure we are onto something great.

I bought the Combo Mini light recently. The light itself is great and it seems to be helping my mother's arthritis and my own health issues. So I'm happy with it & I'd recommend. One point though. I sent a couple of e-mails before I purchased and one was answered (after several days). However, a few weeks after purchasing I decided I might go for a larger light in addition to the handheld device. I needed advice on wavelengths. Several unanswered e-mails later, I am going with a different company instead. Red Light Man advertise that their products come with 'Full Support' so either all my e-mails/Contact Form questions went astray or he is too busy to answer them. So I'd say if you know what you want, the quality here is excellent. On the other hand, if you need any advice or follow-up support, I'd shop elsewhere.

I bought the red mini light 2 weeks ago and I'm happy with the results. I use it every night before bed. I've noticed changes in my face, reduced fine lines and firming of the skin. I also purchased the Infrared 830 Device which should be arriving tomorrow yay! We'll see how we go with that. Ordered it Weds morning and should receive it Sunday. Shipping time not too bad considering I'm all the way here in New Zealand.

I love my red light mini, have had it several years and I use it daily for therapy on sore body parts. I need to order a new adapter, left the one I had on vacation by accident. How do I order just that?

My overall experience with Red Light Man has been very good thus far. I recently purchased one of the Combo Units and am very pleased with the quality and the incredibly fast delivery (2 days from UK to US!). I would only comment that, as one of the other reviewers alluded to, be patient with correspondence and it will come. I appreciated that he was alert to my preferences and revised my order accordingly, even issuing a refund at one point until we got it just right. I also received follow-up emails to answer some questions I had after getting and using it for the first time. After searching through the different red/infrared light options out there, am glad I got the unit that I wanted from here.

Bought the infrared mini for skin health ( 15 cm away for 9-12 minutes works for me) and will be ordering the body panel unit when they get more stock - seems everybody wants these red lights now as there's a note on the website saying delays expected as they can't keep up with demand now lol

The unit looks great but unfortunately doesn’t work great as the unit doesn’t hold the power chord three pin plug in place, it just drops slack and the power shuts down. So far I’ve managed three minutes while having to hold the three pin plug 🔌 in place between two fingers and a thumb.
I’ve sent two emails detailing the fault now and had no response (to be fair I only received the unit on the 7/12/018 and we are on a weekend)
Other than the slack connection it looks a great little unit which I hope to get replaced and start again with very soon.
Please get in touch ASAP redlightman I’m itching to get some heat going 👍🏻

So happy with this device, after long research we ordered one (smaller full spectrum red) about 18 months ago. We now want to order the full body combo light but it's been out of stock for a number of months. Would love to order that too, but no idea when it will come back in stock.

I purchased the ‘Red Light Device Mini’ in the UK and am very impressed with the build quality. I was nervous based on some previous reviews but I can confirm it does include all relevant EU markings and for some reason all the emails I received went to my junk mail. Delivery and tracking was excellent.

It took some time to get a reply from RedLightMan but when he did
he answered all my questions and I am satisfied.

I recently bought the red light combo device, and was amazed at how effective it was. I first started exposing my body to the device, but for the last 1-2 minutes allowed my head/brain to be exposed as well. I felt marvellous afterwards, really pumped up and hyper-alert. I have also used the Vielight Neuro Alpha and Gamma devices in order to repair some brain-damage(devices also focused on the infrared light therapy area), but I am wondering if this device is even more effective than those, given my experience. I am also impressed at the price - equivalent products from the US etc. seem to be far more expensive, and only using 2 not 4 wavelengths. Delivery was ultra-fast as well, and the manufacturer had the sense to include a cable which was EU-friendly, so that I could use the device without issues right from the start.

Redlightman is breaking the law. He is marketing his devices like they are medical devices which they are not. There is a rigorous regulation with selling medical devices in the EU and he doesn't comply to any standard. His CE mark doesn't have 4 digit ID.

I bought a combo light in last month (Jan 2018). I've been using it daily and works great. The entire purchasing experience was great. There were emails with updates regarding shipping and tracking. When the bulb arrived it was well packaged and came with instructions. I will definitely purchase another bulb in the future. Thanks!

I have been using Red Light Man's 830 for my hypothyroid condition and have virtually extinguished my "cold hands" symptoms. Hopefully, my upcoming blood work in March will validate this. In addition, whenever I have a question and/or require support, Joe (Gibson) is quick to respond and does so in an informative and polite manner. I suspect he is far more intelligent than I when it comes to infrared and its therapeutic application. Nonetheless, he never uses his superior intellect to talk down to me. As someone who is a licensed, mental health professional and, first and foremost, a HUMAN BEING, I truly appreciate this! JG, USA

Customer service is really lacking They do not answer queries, even after writing several times. Apparently they do not seem interested to sell their products. I would have loved to try them.
