Resolution Needed for Incomplete and Damaging Services
I am asking this business for a resolution on my services paid of $2750 in February 2026. Since this time, the contract was not fulfilled to complete and manage both an Ebay store and a Tik Tok Store. Instead they took my fee and my account manager retained an incompetent vendor to list items on my Ebay platform. The sales and returns were not managed on a day to day basis and I received many unanswered emails and complaints of counterfeit merchandise received. In fact, around 26% of the items sold were returned due to counterfeit claims. This damaged my seller profile so eventually virtually no sales occurred and the company has kept me entire fee even when no merchandise is selling. The account manager named "Robert Jones" who made sales promises has disappeared and no one answers the phone or sends me a sales report. I was sent a payout of $103 from Ebay in June after I invested almost $3000. I am asking them to fix my store and actually provide the professional services that I paid for or refund my $2750 after all the damage to my account and waste of my time. I will be posting my complaint publicly until this matter is corrected and to protect the consumer from further fraud.
