We visited yesterday and my daughter was really nervous as she didn’t know what to expect. All I can say is wow. She was assigned Abi as a stylist and she made the whole experience truly special for her. Her nerves soon disappeared and she happily tried on multiple dresses which all looked truly stunning on her. Nothing was too much trouble and Abi bought multiple gowns across based on what my daughter said she did and didn’t like. We didn’t feel rushed at all and In the end she found her perfect prom dress. I would recommend RCR to anyone not just for the choice of dresses but for the whole experience overall.

Today we had the most wonderful experience prom dress shopping at Red Carpet Ready in Lincoln. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and at ease. Our stylist, Autumn, was absolutely incredible – friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, offered amazing suggestions, and made the whole process exciting and stress-free.

Autumn’s attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made the day extra special, and we left feeling over the moon with our choice. The range of dresses was stunning, the atmosphere was relaxed yet glamorous, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish.

We have had the best day today, Abi was really patient and went above and beyond to help my girl choose her dream dress, this involved a lot of dresses to try!! We had a lovely experience from start to finish, it was organised and calm and everyone alongside our visit was lovely too, my girl did say yes to her dress and my hearts full :) I would highly recommend RCR :)

Today we drove 2 hours to visit Red Carpet Ready and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. From start to finish the prom dress shopping experience was fantastic. The introduction clearly explained how everything worked and it was so well organised.
Our assistant was Nicole and she could not have been more helpful. She really made the experience for us.
She said yes to the dress!

We visited RCR on Tuesday, this has been my daughter’s dream for some time now. The 4 hr round trip was 100% worth it. Emily was absolutely amazing and Lily walked away purchasing her dream dress. From the second we stepped in we felt like a valued customer and this continued until we left.

We visited RCR for the first time yesterday, my daughter was quite nervous and anxious before going but there truly was no need to be.
Laura was the first to greet us with a big smile and immediately made us all feel so welcome, first impressions were great, the whole place looked so impressive with a huge selection of gorgeous dresses.
After my daughter had picked her first choice of dresses we were then greeted by Izzy, again with a big smile and so welcoming.
Izzy made my daughters experience at RCR even more special than I could have imagined, making her feel so comfortable and relaxed and also making the whole experience fun.
After finding her dream dress, she beamed from ear to ear and absolutely loved the hug from Izzy.
I am so glad Izzy was my daughters stylist, she was just perfect in every way possible ❤️

My daughter and I had a fantastic morning in this wonderful setting. Charlotte, our assistant, was great and found my daughter the most perfect dress. A memorable experience 🩷

What an amazing day!! First of all the range of dresses was amazing and they were all beautiful. Not to mention the staff who were all amazing and prepared to help where needed, a massive thankyou to our stylist Izzy who was especially amazing, as I was very overwhelmed at the start of the experience and was ready to go back home but Izzy came along and saved the day and helped me to find my perfect dress. The whole experience was just fabulous and I can’t wait to come back with my younger sister in a few years!! I cannot recommend rcr enough and I’m very excited to wear my beautiful dress ❤️

We visited yesterday, my daughter was very excited and I was nervous the experience wouldn’t live up to her expectations, I needn’t have worried we loved it. We were helped by stylist Abbie who was so lovely, helpful and happily offered suggestions once she saw our original picks.
We came away having picked a fabulous dress and my daughter could not stop smiling all day.

I took my daughter to Red Carpet Ready to find her prom dress and was very impressed! My daughter is autistic and finds clothes shopping a challenge but this was an experience neither of us wanted her to miss out on. When I phoned to book our appointment I explained the situation and was offered an early slot as they tend to be quieter and was given a quieter changing room to give my daughter space.
As my daughter isn’t keen on trying on clothes I was genuinely expecting her to try one dress on and just go with that one - I couldn’t have been more wrong! Despite some initial anxiety, my daughter’s assistant Izzy put her totally at ease. My daughter tried on dress after dress and was very relaxed. Izzy listened to what my daughter wanted in the way of dresses and went out to get more styles that she may like after she had tried the initial dresses on. Nothing was too much trouble! She consistently gave my daughter choices to ways she could help her - never putting pressure on my daughter to do anything that made her uncomfortable. I was extremely impressed at how Izzy interacted with my daughter. It wasn’t always clear what my daughter was trying to express but Izzy always clarified with her in a sensitive way and never got frustrated. The tell tale sign of a positive experience (other than buying her dream dress!) was my daughter giving Izzy a hug at the end which is not something she usually feels comfortable with with people she doesn’t know!
We thought the whole experience was fabulous! The choice of dresses and colours was unreal! Everything ran really smoothly and everyone was friendly and helpful and we had the most amazing time!

Visited with my daughter today to look for her dream prom dress. All the staff were very helpful, lots to choose from in colour and style. Our stylist Izzy was fantastic. Thankyou for making it a lovely experience ❤️

Our experience at Red Carpet Ready was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The stylist was incredibly attentive, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for. We tried on loads of dresses, and she made sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the day.

What made it even more special was finding my dream dress — a stunning, Red carpet exclusive dress that i instantly fell in love with and knew nobody else would be wearing it. The huge selection was amazing, and it was clear the staff truly cared about making the experience memorable.

When the dress arrived it totally lived up to our expectations.

the whole experience was unbelievable, i had the best time ever and my stylist, Liv, was so helpful and made the experience unforgettable for me and my family definitely recommend red carpet ready for your prom dresses!!

The dress was absolutely gorgeous and in good hands , nothing as perfect as my dress. We managed to pick the dress by the wonderful professional at red carpet ready, the professionals that work there was absolutely amazing and helped me pick what dress fitted me the best, with the most beautiful and perfect comments ever and giving you a full boost of esteem. My dress made me feel like Cinderella by help by the wonderful ladies that work there and help me chose my dress.

From the initial call to book an appointment for my daughter, the whole experience with Red Carpet Ready has been an unforgettable experience. My daughter, her friend and I visited your showroom this morning, 12/01/25, and we walked away with a very, very happy young lady having ordered the most beautiful dress for her Prom. Her stylist, Lauren, was fantastic from start to finish, she made my daughter feel so at ease, she was fun but also very efficient and helpful with advice, we couldn’t have asked for more. The whole morning spent at Red Carpet Ready, from walking into your fabulous reception area on arrival to going round all the beautiful showrooms to the personal stylist and fitting room experience has made the start of ‘Prom year’ for my daughter one she’ll never forget, thank you and thank you Lauren!!

Although my daughter had a lovely time trying on dresses and we had a lovely girl looking after us. Unfortunately for us the aftercare just isn't there. After paying over £700 for a dress my daughter tried it on a few days before and the strap snapped, when I looked at the sewing it was very poorly sewed and it was coming away on the other strap.
I emailed and was offered up to £50 to fix it but it was so short notice I couldn't get it in with a seamstress. I had to get a work colleague to sew it and everyone at work couldn't believe the low quality of the fabric/sewing for such an expensive dress.
I emailed to say I wasn't happy with the quality and would like this to go further and still to this day no response.
I would suggest to go to any other place but this one, my daughter spent the run up to her prom and prom night worrying if her dress straps would last or not! And to have no response is incredibly rude.

What an experience!!! The staff were so honest and helpful throughout the whole experience, all had beaming smiles on their faces. Made me feel so special! And the dress…. wow….so beautiful and came on time and as expected no issues, can’t fault anything, i felt like a princess on the day!!! Thank you so much RCR xxx
