What a lovely experience. When we arrived the reception room was full and I thought this is a lot of people for an hour and half session, but it was so organised and lots of staff on hand. The staff were all lovely and very professional, big shout out to Olivia who assisted my daughter who said ‘Yes to the dress’ ❤️

The venue was gorgeous the dresses were fabulous truly an amazing experience my stylist was Camilla and she was amazing so helpful and bubbly absolutely loved her I was very nervous to try on prom dresses but she was so kind Georgia at reception was amazing as well so lovely and sweet

Amazing customer service, Molly couldn’t do enough for us, she was fantastic & made my daughter so comfortable. The choice of dresses is unbelievable! We said Yes to the dress!

I don’t have a SINGLE complaint about this place, there is such a wide variety of dresses it’s impossible to not find anything you like. My stylist who was Abby was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She also helped me and my family feel very welcome and made us feel like VIP.
Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a dress for a special occasion.

Had an absolute blast at red carpet ready yesterday afternoon. Everyone was really nice and polite! I was unsure on what I wanted but a special thanks to Emily she was really kind and complimented me in every way and helped me pick the most beautiful dress ever. My experience choosing a prom dress today was extra special thanks to Liv. She was super helpful and supportive when choosing dresses I would love based on what I had already chosen and I couldn’t have asked for better service. She made me feel so comfortable in even the dresses I didn’t like as much as others by complimenting how it made my eyes pop, my figure look and my hair stand out and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. When it came to the dresses, all of the ones I tried on were beautiful and I couldn’t fault their selection, they truly do cater for every body. My stylist was Chloe and she was INCREDIBLE! She was so so helpful and useful to have there and made the experience so fun. If you can I would highly recommend asking for her. There are so many dresses to choose from you will definitely say yes to the dress.

We had such an amazing experience! We travelled from Essex and it was worth the journey! The staff were amazing! It was a really comfortable experience & the site was well laid out and there are so many dresses to choose from! It is so well organised. Oh my golly gosh, where do i start. The 2h and 30m drive was well worth it, from the moment i got there the staff was absolutely fantastic and so so welcoming! My grandma struggles with her mobility and they were so accommodating to her! Once we checked in it was like you had gone to dress heaven it was amazing, there was dresses i never thought existed they had truly made every girls dreams come true! I would love to thank these girls in particular Autum who helped get checked in and changed the dressing room for my grandma which we are so so thankful for! And Ishita who was my stylist, she helped me get the dress of my dreams! She was so so honest and gave great opinions which i took into consideration when choosing my dress, im ever so thankful for the experience at red carpet ready! If you think you will never find your dress well head down to Red carpet ready, you will most definitely find the dress of your dreams!!

We had a fantastic time visiting Red Carpet Ready on Tuesday!

My daughter has been looking forward to prom for years — not just the event itself, but also the experience of finding the dress. She’s followed RCR on Instagram and had her heart set on visiting. We live in Cumbria, so it’s a four-hour drive to Lincoln. Not the easiest journey, but prom is a once-in-a-lifetime event, so we booked a hotel and made the trip. We weren’t disappointed!

From the moment you arrive, you know you’re in for a special experience. The building and location are beautiful.

The visit begins in reception, where a member of staff welcomes your group and explains how everything works. Each guest receives five tokens to place on the hangers of dresses they like. With hundreds of dresses to choose from, we were a little concerned about only having five tokens, but there was no need to worry. The tokens simply help your stylist understand the colours and styles you’re drawn to. You try those five first, then give feedback so the stylist can bring more options based on your preferences.

We were introduced to our stylist, Helen, and shown to our spacious, beautifully presented changing area, complete with a comfortable seating area for guests.

Helen couldn’t have been more helpful. Some reviews mention sharing a stylist, but we didn’t find this to be a problem. We shared Helen with a pair of twins, and both she and her assistant worked tirelessly to support all three girls. My daughter never felt overlooked.

At first, we were a little worried about the 90-minute slot, given the sheer number of dresses available. In the end, we used every minute, but never felt rushed. That said, I’d recommend browsing the website beforehand to get an idea of styles and colours you like, so you can make the most of your time.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be for stylists to have clothing clips on hand. Since the dresses are sample sizes (generally 6–10), a few were either too big or couldn’t be zipped due to snags. Clips would make it easier to see how the dress would look properly fitted, without having to hold it together.

In the end, my daughter said “yes to the dress”! Importantly, I never once felt pressured to buy. Had she not found the right one, we could have walked away with no problem.

The eight-hour round trip plus hotel stay was absolutely worth it. On the way home, my daughter couldn’t stop talking about how much she loves her dress — and she’s right. It’s beautiful, and I can’t wait to see her wearing it for Prom 2026!

When my twin girls mentioned going to Red Carpet ready, I was sceptical seeing as it was a 2.5 hour journey each way....but I gave in and booked an appointment....I am so glad I did! From start to finish,the whole experience was amazing.....it was like a day out...so many dresses and colours and budgets to suit all....my girls got spoilt for choice, Helen who was there to assist them was amazing...she listened to them and advised them and went above and beyond....not only with them but making sure myself and my younger daughter were happy aswell.
The girls said yes to the dress and a fuss was made of them...we had photos and were never rushed or forced into making a choice.
Autumn finished off our order at the reception area and everything was explained to us. Customer service here is above and beyond and the dresses are absolutely beautiful....we have had a thoroughly good day!

We went to purchase my daughters prom dress today and the customer service was fantastic, the introduction was fab and our personal stylist ‘Freya’ was brilliant, she made my daughter feel so comfortable and helped in anyway she could.

We made a 6 hour round trip and it was worth it! From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. The dresses and set up were beautiful and the staff were brilliant. Special thanks to Charlotte who went above and beyond to assist my daughter in finding her perfect dress for prom 2026. It was a wonderful day and a memory to treasure, we could not have wanted anything more from the experience. Thank you Red Carpet Ready!

All the staff around were ready to help and so nice but the lady Liv who i was paired with to help me and to choose my dress was amazing and so lovely and i want to say a massive thank you to her. the 4hours there and 4hours home was definitely worth it. i’m sometimes an awkward person around new people but i felt comfortable. you definitely need to visit RCR once. thank you so much for the amazing experience!!!

Despite the 7 hour round trip everything was perfect, everyone is so friendly and are more than happy to help and the lady Abi i was paired with to help me choose my dress was beyond amazing i felt so comfortable and had all the help i needed!
