Redbridgeandsons Arvostelua

Redbridge's directly-employed personnel were great: professional efficient, tidy and very helpful.
However, their contracted scaffolders left several broken tiles, which Redbridge have failed to replace months after we raised the issue - despite promises that they would rectify it.

Booked a survey for solar & batteries a month in advance. On the day, no one showed up.
Tried to contact them to let them know, not even a reply.

I know companies like that are now busy and some of them don't even accept new clients, but not even replying and missing a meeting already arranged is very poor.

Edit: Lee got in touch and explained what happened, offering another appointment. Very much appreciated.

I used Redbridge and Sons for my solar + battery installation, integrating to an existing Zappi charger. The team were friendly, helpful and professional, dealing with supply chain issues and teething problems brilliantly. I recommend them.

Have used Redbridge for our solar/battery installation & more recently our EV charger installation. On both occasions we have found them to be efficient, friendly, accommodating, helpful & most importantly totally professional.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed.

Very professional company from conception to completion very polite, all as programmed and without any fuss. Completely satisfied customer here

From the initial quote, site survey right until the installation… all just as it should be really… Very professional, knowledgeable and! super tidy.
It’s only early days since we have our panels and battery fitted, all works as expected. Definitely company to recommend!

Redbridge and Sons installed a solar energy system at my cottage, including solar panels, electric car charger and batteries. My cottage is very old, which made a number of steps throughout the process rather difficult. My sincerest gratitude and appreciation to the whole team at Redbridge and Sons: they mastered every single hurdle brilliantly, working hard and tirelessly, adapting to whatever was thrown at them, without ever losing their cheerful and friendly spirit. Awesome job, and I am supremely happy with their professionalism, always doing their utmost best to get everything perfect!

Redbridge installed a 15 panel 6kW PV array, together with 2x 8kWh GivEnergy batteries, at our domestic property in late June 2022.

All aspects of the installation, from initial remote survey through installation to commissioning, were completed with the utmost professionalism by clearly competent tradesmen, always polite and who were a pleasure to have in our home.

One month on, the system has worked efficiently with no problems; it’s great to see our smart meter reading zero for most of the day!
