Very easy to print out a label and send them my empty cartridges. I was more than happy that they generated £19.00 which is more than I thought they would, to be donated to my favourite charity.

I used to love it when you provided me with an envelope. Now I have to find an envelope, print your label, sellotape it on, before I can post it. What a faff!

The company I used to send ink cartridges to closed during the pandemic, so I had been looking for somewhere to send them who didn't require me to buy cartridges before giving me an address label for recycling empty ones. Delighted to have found you on a Google search. I had accumulated nearly 40 cartridges, so very pleased you would take so many. Website easy to use. Wide range of charities to choose from. Easy to print a free returns label at home. Have recommended you to others. The whole process was very easy. Win win all round!
