Recruit today wasted a month of my time. When they got me on board I was told the onboarding will take 3/4 days. But it continued for a month. They are bad at communication with each other and externally as well. I would have to tell the same thing to 3 different people on different days that results in unnecessary delays in the process. They applied to jobs only one time with the wrong cv which I had to point out because I had to constantly keep an eye on the process then to correct that mistake they wasted more days. I had to constantly nag them and keep a check on them. They don’t respond promptly and idk why don’t get on calls to solve issues. Even if you want to change a word on your cv that will take 1-2 days from their end. Please don’t waste your time or money as this company doesn’t understand the pace of London markets, the fact that they are wasting your valuable time and visa. To sum it up they wasted 1 month of my time to make a CV and upgrade in my LinkedIn profile that’s it. Truly a stressful experience and I would not recommend anyone to go with their service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I paid them specifically to apply for sponsored roles, but they ignored my requirements and applied for non-sponsored positions instead, even after I clearly told them not to. Despite raising concerns, they kept repeating the same mistake, which showed a lack of professionalism and attention. Also, the team is not actually based in the UK as expected but operates from Pakistan, which was not transparently communicated. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money, and I would not recommend their services.

I joined this service expecting a structured and strategic job search approach. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that.

During one month, applications were submitted on only 9 days, with a maximum of 12 applications in a single day, despite a stated average of 20–25 per day. A significant portion of the roles applied for were not aligned with the agreed job criteria, including positions outside commutable distance from London. There were also repeated applications for similar titles across different locations.

I raised four concerns during the service period and was assured improvements would be made, but I did not observe meaningful changes.

Overall, the approach lacked consistency and clear targeting, and I eventually resumed managing my applications independently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to those seeking a focused and strategic job search process.

I didn't buy any package. I requested an interview prep session which costed me £50 for 20 minutes session and interview notes.
The session actually lasted for more than 35 minutes. Due to my network instability, there was severe disruption but the manager stayed on line. I remain very grateful for that.

Session: The session was conducted by a professional who was genuinely competent. Her communication style was formal, polished and respectful.

In regards to customer services, the initial call was very quick until the payment was being made. After that, the response time increased. I had a session booked at 6:00pm but didn't receive any link. I assumed that the session has been called off because of no response of my last message. I recived the link at 6:04pm. Upon requesting 10 minutes, they started blaming me that I am the one causing delay. Then there was a long argument of refund but they were insisting on rescheduling. That bit was unprofessional. As they were not admitting their mistake, it was really frustrating. They didn't agree for refund, so I had to attend the session.

This preparation can be very helpful for beginners in UK but not for experienced.
• Coming to preparation, they sent me notes which were heavily focused on interviewers profiles. I hold experience of interviewing with small to large scale companies in UK, but never felt the need to know this much about the interviewer. Their point of view was that it helps in preparing for the questions according to the interviewers competencies. But it didn't help at all as expected.
• They claimed that they have recently helped few candidates in preparing interviews for the same company. That company uses a standard set of questions for each interview. They had no idea about any standard set of questions. I understand that they don't know exact questions but they had no idea that any standard question will be asked.
• They gave a good idea about the method used for answering the questions but I think that could be helpful for beginners.
• The interview also included a short assessment of 25 minutes. The interview details mentioned that it would be non technical but the team convinced me that it would be technical for that specific role. I was super confused and prepared for both. It came out to be non technical.

My experience with Recruit Today was a mixture of both good and not-so-good aspects.
