Laptop arrived not working then the company refused to give me a return and refund even with a 30day return policy and a warranty

The laptop was delivered very quickly after i ordered it online. It was, as described, in very good condition and works well. Excellent service and very good value for money. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used recommeceit. Quick delivery. Laptops have both been in great condition despite being used. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant for the environment too.

We purchased a DELL XPS laptop
Laptop was ordered on Friday, arrived Tuesday, so delivery is timely and was included in price.
Laptop is in excellent condition, it was sold as good.
Front and back case is totally unmarked.
Screen and keyboard look like new.
So physically all is impressive.
My tech team have not yet installed the laptop so I have no view on that currently.

Great spec laptop for more than half the original price. Apart from 1 hardly noticeable scratch on the top this A grade laptop arrived fast and extremely well packaged. I'd noticed I'd ordered the wrong size case and after a quick phone call they sorted it out. A few teething troubles getting it started ( due to my lack of computer knowledge) and after another quick phone call it was all good.
If you're after a great laptop with great service I'd definitely recommend giving these guys a shot

My order was received promptly and well packaged. I had some teething problems with using the laptop with dual screens. I emailed and received advice, after trying a few things still no luck. The company arranged for a courier to pick up the laptop and they resolved the issues their end and returned the laptop promptly. They didn't request for me to pay for the courier costs and I was really grateful. Great service. Thanks

Laptop was exactly as described, great spec for a good price. Listed as Grade B refurbish but other than a couple of very slight marks on the shell there is nothing wrong with it at all. Very happy.
Requested a hold on delivery due to being away and this was honoured, with the machine arriving the working day after being shipped to my request. I did email just to check the delivery and got a response very quickly that confirmed my expectations.

Ordered a laptop that was excellent condition. First week of having it, it worked fine. Then it broke. Won't turn on and won't register a charge. Ive tried contacting sales via email and have had no response.

I cannot rate high enough. I've now purchased two items from them- a laptop and a monitor. On both occasions I have had excellent customer service when I called to get some advise. For the monitor they went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I needed as I had some pretty specific needs and also had great follow up service when I had a small issue with the laptop. I am a complete novice when it comes to computes. I made a phone call and spoke to Oliver he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I discussed what I needed the laptop for and gave him my price limit Oliver made suggestions I ordered a dell laptop and monitor they arrived within a couple of days well packed but not over the top. To say I was happy with the quality and condition is an understatement they looked brand new no marks or scuffs.
