The PC worked great out of the box as if new. I am very happy with the spec of the machine, over-and-above from my viewpoint.

I was disappointed with this PC. I expected it to be a simple plug-and-play setup, but it took me around 4 hours just to get online and working properly. The RAM wasn't seated correctly, so I had to open the case and reposition it before the computer would work as expected.
The DVD drive also doesn't work, which is another fault I wasn't expecting. If I had needed the disc drive, I would have returned the machine. The PC itself is now working fine for what I need, but the poor setup and faulty hardware made the experience frustrating. It should have been properly checked before being sent out.

Everything about dealing with Recommerceit has been highly professional and their customer service has been second to none. The initial purchase/delivery was quick and efficient and we were delighted with the workstation. Unfortunately, two months in we realised there was an issue with the graphics card. I called the team and spoke with Ollie. There was no pushback, no user blame and no attempt to not honour the warranty. After attempting a remote rescue which was unsuccessful; Ollie diverted his driver to collect the workstation, had it returned, reviewed it and a had a replacement graphics card fitted. It was then promptly delivered back to us by DPD. The whole process was completed in a WEEK! The workstation is up and running again with no issues. In a day and age where there is much negativity around customer service and follow up care, we have been very impressed by the professionalism shown by the team. We would fully recommend them.

Great tablet and speedy service

Someone dropped a parcel in my porch and instead of ringing bell or simply leaving the parcel, the delivery man decided to shout loud: “parcel here”, triggering my dog to bark. My home office window is above the porch and this shouting gave me a real fright, I jumped off my seat and had heart palpitations for several minutes. Please instruct your delivery people to not shout please! Thanks

Greg and Oliver were fantastic. Not only did they chat to me on the bank holiday weekend when they weren’t at work, but they then continued to resolve an issue with the upmost professionalism and efficiency! I could have been a very unhappy customer but they made sure that wasn’t the case. It was my first time buying a refurbed product and it won’t be my last and I’d definitely use this company again.

Condition ratings of the machine are, I believe according to how old it is. Sometimes it is not easy to compare the ratings unless you know the technology according to how old it is. Having said this I am happy with the purchase.

Spoke to someone who knew what he was talking about. I gave him the specs and he found the right machine for the job. Really pleased with the laptop and it runs a treat.

Fantastic price, awesome service, excellent product, all arrived quickly and is installed as grandpa's PC and he is very happy and so am I. I'll definitely will be back for more.

Ordered a couple of hard drives. They arrived very well packaged up. Drives report as healthy, as advertised. More than happy to save existing hardware from landfill instead of buying new.
