I've used RecCloud for several weeks

I've used RecCloud for several weeks. It's really convenient as a full toolkit with so many AI features. I mainly use its transcription feature for my meeting notes. Sometimes, I will use the video translation feature to translate our product videos into another language. Both features are very accurate and easy to ues.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry this didn’t work for you.

Just to clarify, after translation is finished, you should be able to export the subtitles as an SRT file. In the export step, there are options to download the translated video, audio only, or the SRT subtitles.

If the SRT option didn’t appear or the file wasn’t generated, something likely went wrong during processing. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.

If you’re open to it, please contact our support team at https://reccloud.com/contact with a few more details (video format, browser, or any error message). We’ll check it right away and help you get the file.
