Cashback showed up soon after my purchase
Really happy with Rebates.com. I clicked through, made my purchase, and the cashback tracked fast. A bit later, it was confirmed, and I redeemed it with no issues. Super simple and it feels great getting money back.
It's a complete waste of money and feels like a scam!!
Just a serious warning, stay far away from purchasing anything from this website! Your money will simply disappear with nothing to show for it! A purchase may seem like a smart way to save money because of the flashy deals and unbelievable discounts, but none of it can actually be redeemed or claimed! The entire experience feels deceptive and ends up being a complete waste of money!
Rebate.com is a fraud
Rebate.com is a fraud. I have no business with any Rebate Coupons or Gamble my money sites. Rebate.com has never sent me a bill of membership card but continues to try and bill my Debit Card. I am making a public statement to tell them to STOP.
UPDATE FOR REBATE.COM
I called Rebate.com nobody answered. I left a voice mail message, that I was going to report them. I called my bank that would not unlock my card. I then had to let them go ahead and allow Rebate.com bill me, to unlock my account, they was not going to do it, then I called Rebate.com with the Bank Agent Supervisor on the phone, telling them what was going on that my account was locked because they kept fraudulently billing my card which was a voice mail. Finally the bank then unlocked my account.

About 45 min later Rebate.com called me back. I explained that I had not given them permission to bill my debit card, and I am asking that they delete my banking information. The man had an Asian accent very calm friendly told me that he would bill me next month, that they had to bill me 2 times and then the would close the account. I said no if you bill my account. I am going to report you because I am telling you not to process any payment on my account.
I add that I had given them a Review on Trust Pilot where they had several bad reviews. Which I added a review about them billing me without my permission. The good news is he looked up my account and removed it, and will not bill my card or attempt to build it again. So let's see if that works. I told them that I will update my REVIEW however there are so many other REVIEWS that are unsolved I am going to give them 1 star. When others get some results like I think I did. Then I will give them 5 STARS but not until others change their REVIEWS
Process Fails with No Real Follow-Up
Initial promises were a complete lie. Communication was erratic, and getting anything resolved required endless follow-ups. Timelines were confusing, and updates were vague or missing entirely. The process was chaotic, disorganized, and constantly reactive, creating nonstop frustration. The service failed entirely to provide the reliability or clarity that was expected.

Excellent customer service
I was late to cancel my subscription, but these guys still came through - but I had to email them because apparently cancelling through your personal account does no good and they kept attempting to take money from my PayPal - even going as far as taking my last $1.03! However upon emailing them and asking them to cancel my subscription and delete my account, they promptly responded- as a matter of fact - here's the rundown:
On Tue, 27 Jan at 5:06 PM - I wrote them a semi heated complaint
On Tue, 27 Jan at 6:15 PM - they responded saying they would look into it
On Tue, 27 Jan at 6:15 PM - they responded giving me a ticket id #
Jan 27, 2026, 7:26 PM - they sent me a detailed email and it was easy to respond as they asked ", simply reply 'cancel''
Jan 27, 2026, 8:51 PM - I replied CANCEL
Jan 27, 2026, 10:53 PM - they replied sayin it would be cancelled within 24 hrs
Jan 28, 2026, 2:04 AM - I asked for a refund
Jan 28, 2026, 9:04 PM - they said they would refund the 3 dollars I initially paid
Now keep in mind it was Jan 8th when I signed up - so judge for yourself on this - just my experience.... Im impressed... When I get a few extra bucks I'll probably resubscribe for a few months just to show appreciation for the excellent customer service!

There's usually no such thing as a free lunch. Or $20.
And that was the case for me when I stupidly followed an offer in the venmo app promising $20 for signing up for a 7 day trial.
To claim the $20, which... immediately turned into $15 once on the site, you'll be asked to submit proof of purchase from one of their partners in whatever scam ring is built around this.
If you paid $3 for a 7 day trial, cancel that shit within two days because your window to get a refund is 72 hours.
I got got, I've been had, bamboozled... hoodwinked! For shame I feel dumb for having tried. Oh well, I was feeling lucky that day.

I am highly skeptical of the 5-star reviews. Support email with them is just a smoke-screen to keep you on the hook longer.

I sent a rebate order in via USPS as required. Never received the rebate and nobody answers the phone. This is a scam. If it was not, they would answer their phone and respond to customer issued

Absolutely Disgrace Service and Attitude
This experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. The process made no sense, and when I reached out for help, customer service responded with nothing but smugness and disrespect. Instead of assisting, I walked down to and then abruptly cut off mid-sentence. The level of rudeness was unbelievable Shameful.

It's clear they do everything possible to avoid paying out rebates while hoping customers just give up.

Reporting this website to the FBI. Their Terms of Service is illegal. They say they can cancel and ban/suspend your account for any reason whatsoever. It is a Chinese scam. I hope that all of you and trust pilot reports this to the proper authorities. They will take 3 dollars from you, and if you cancel within 7 days of their free trial, they will ban you and never send your rebate. Band together and email or call your local FBI. These are the criminals. Go to the ic3 gov website to do so. They are stealing millions of dollars.
