It’s been now almost a month and a half that I am waiting my order and I have no news about it. The customer support is also dead silent.

I ordered a sandstone set and I‘m very amazed by the quality and fit. The communication was a little slow but since it’s a one-man-brand it’s understandable. Will order again

I asked for an item to be modified before being shipped. 3 days later, product shipped and no one answered my request, now I have to deal with a return. Terrible customer help

Ware zurück geschickt, seit über 30 Tagen das Paket angenommen, aber noch kein Cent zurück überwiesen. Scammer.

For the past two weeks, I've been attempting to initiate a return process, but unfortunately I haven't received any response to my emails. In addition to sending emails to refund@re****lo.com, I've reached out via Instagram, where I was assured of an email response that never came.

il y a un peu plus de deux semaines maintenant et je n’ai aucune nouvelle de mon colis qui était censé être livré en 5-7 jours.

La marque ne répond jamais aux emails, cela fait deux fois que je leur écris et aucune nouvelle …

Meme en les contactant sur leur page Instagram ils disent vérifier mon colis, mais aucun retour de leur part. Très décevant de leur part je ne recommanderais plus chez vous.

En attendant je n’ai toujours aucune nouvelle de leur part.

Ordered clothes twice. The first time it took a very long time before it arrived. Second time I ordered last 28-2 and it still hasn't arrived. You pay a lot of money for shipping costs, but they don't deliver as promised in 5-7 days. I have already sent 2 emails regarding my last order and I have simply not received an answer.

Easy to order, fast delivery and nice products. Just great overall !

I ordered clothes from Dynamo two weeks ago, I still haven't received the things or didn't get a shipment tracking or excuse why the order hasn't been sent yet.

I also wrote several emails and asked what is the current status, I still haven't received an answer so far.
