Really Well Made Arvostelua 

Sent me a product I couldn’t use, made me return it at my own expense, and then refused to refund me.
Edit: As you can see from the response, customer service is rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Would strongly recommending never shopping here.

Beautiful quality furniture which is work waiting for. I’m confident buying online as excellent communication and service.

Purchase online was really easy. Speed of delivery great and the product absolutely wonderful...I will be buying another of the scarves!

I ordered 2 Hay chairs in July. When they arrived at the shop, one of the chairs were damaged. The communication was excellent and they had been in contact with Hay instantly.
Unfortunately one chair arrived damaged at my house and again, the problem was solved by the shop.
They altered the day of delivery for the new chairs as I was away and sent them with extra packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Communication was brilliant throughout and they always offered solutions to the problem.
I will definitely be ordering from this store again.

I ordered a Muuto Dot which turned out to be faulty. Clare at Really Well Made was helpful when I emailed her about the issue and she arranged for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost. Aside from that, all items arrived quickly and well packaged and I would definitely order from this company again! Thank you for dealing with this issue so quickly and courteously.

Trustworthy company, frequently with the best prices. Their updates could be a bit better but contacting them is hassle free and they get back to you quick.

Perfect in every way. We purchased the vitra eye clock, and although it took a while to arrive we had had updates throughout. The quality of this clock is outstanding.

I'm really happy about the experience I had with this company. I've ordered a Christmas present from here and choose gift wrapping and it arrived so nicely packed. They even refunded me for one of the paper sheets they didn't use. The gift arrived quickly and seamlessly. Really happy.

I thought online shopping was supposed to be simple and easy, not the case here.

After purchasing 6 x towels I get an email saying their inventory is incorrect and they only have 4. I am offered unsuitable alternatives, there is back and forth, and then ‘oh we found them after all.’ Unnecessary stress. Then they send my parcel to THE WRONG ADDRESS! The DPD delivery photo showed a complete stranger had received my parcel. Of course I feared that he might keep it/not answer the door etc. I had to go this stranger’s house to try and find my parcel. Not happy. Luckily, he refused it. I emailed and the response made no acknowledgement of their mistake, instead a kind of toxic apology that I hadn’t received it the way I had requested (to collect from a shop.) I finally received them (well packaged, items as expected) but not without a lot of back and forth, which if things had been done correctly in the first place wouldn’t have been needed. For all the unnecessary stress, this rates as my worst online shopping experience ever, and that is down to the incompetence of the staff.

We bought our Hay Sofa from Really Well Made. We couldn’t be happier with the sofa and the service from Really Well Made.
We were kept up to date on progress and they informed us proactively when there were delays. I love that they are a small business and we were able to go to their showroom to see the sofa and discuss options with the staff.
We didn’t have to chase for updates and everything was pretty smooth in dealing with the store.
I would highly recommend buying from this store, unlike some other stores we had consistently good service before and after our purchase.

We ordered a Dania Step Stool which arrived yesterday and we love it. There were a few complications with our order but Clare sorted them out for us, all good, just took a bit longer to arrive than expected. A nice company to deal with, very personal touch.

We’ve bought various components for our String Shelving from Really Well Made, much of it has been in stock (even a desk that saved us in lockdown) but if not the delivery advice has been accurate.

We’ve had other businesses take the payment then push out delivery dates repeatedly (in one case, to 5 months).

Communication is great. Good delivery service (or collection from there premises in London), friendly team.

Ordered the String pocket, which is such a lovely well made item that I then ordered some other items from the String range. Always, Really Well Made have provided excellent customer service through out.

Exceptionanal customer service. I emailed to see if they could get something from a brand they stocked- although they did not stock that actual design. They not only obtained it from Sweden, they sent another item in advance in case of any delays and were so clear with updates throughout. Plus offered gorgeous giftwrap- the best service I have experienced for a long time.

Clare and Lewis from RWM have been gracious and kind in their customer service. This has included updating me on when some bookshelves came into stock and checking with me that my order was correct (it wasn't so I was thankful for this!) and negotiating a return at a fair price. It's not often you have this level of care with online shopping and it's been a delight to order from them.

Hay items are already perfect quality but just want to say that I was so highly impressed by the level of care and customer service! Amazing experience from start to finish. Small business at its best!

I bought a portable lamp as a Christmas present. Unfortunately when it was unboxed it appeared the lamp was faulty. That was disappointing but these things can happen. The reason I am leaving 5 stars is because as soon as I contacted RWM and provided details, I received a new lamp within a few days which works perfectly. You know a company is good and cares when they take steps to resolve a problem quickly. I'm very grateful.
