Wish I could give it zero stars.

I've had more than 1 positive experience with them, but now they're making a total mess of it.

They already asked for 4 times for the same picture of the serial code in the Chanel bag and all those times I told them it's not there, because it's an early 80's bag. They ignore that and keep asking for the picture (that I can't send of course).

So the 24 hrs. turnaround is already taking 5 days and a lot of frustration. Apparently they don't read the chat within the autentication order and there's no other way to contact them... And all this time I'm waiting...

Well, I love real authentic. They do a great job authenticating lots of items for me. If you have any questions, they answered the questions very quickly. Their response are A1 and there’s no other company I would wanna be with but real authentic.

The authentication was really fast. Perfect. I always use this before i buy pre-loved luxury products

They really look at the items they are authenticating and let me know what is wrong if they can’t authenticate it.

Just left thrifting at the Goodwill. Didn't know they had luxury bags there. Bought a bag and it came with a certificate from Real Authentication. They verified it was real. What a score!!

I paid $30 for an authentication service, and they marked my item as fake — but offered no explanation or evidence whatsoever. When I asked for details, they said I’d need to pay an extra $10 just to find out why they considered it fake. That’s completely unacceptable. If you’re going to make a determination like that, at least provide reasoning or proof. Instead, they expect customers to just “trust their word.” This feels dishonest and exploitative. I’m now requesting a full refund.

My experience with Real Authentication was everything I hoped for. The Louis Vuitton Bag my Grandmother left for me was determined Authentic. The website had excellent, easy to follow directions for uploading the images needed. The turn around was under 24 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend Real Authentication.

I have used Real Authentication ATLEAST four times over the years and it has been so helpful and trustworthy easy and the best solution !! It always helps me to get my money back because there is so much fake stuff all over the place. I appreciate then greatly and hope I can be able to become an authenticator also one day !!

I have used Real Authentication for at least 3 years to authenticate for my re-seller business. The turn around time is great and I've always been able to count on them. Very professional and trustworthy. Real Authentication is the best designer authentication service and the only company I would highly recommend using.

Would give zero stars if I could. This app is a complete money grab. I doubt they even know what they are doing. Deemed an item counterfeit, which is fine, but when I asked why they said I had to pay for the reason. This is not how it works especially when I paid over $40 for a review. I used legit grail for $20 and the item was authentic. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Better options available. I have requested a refund and will file a charge back if need be.
