Very quick turnaround

Very quick turnaround. I paid the basic rate but results came back in about 12 hours. They ask for lots of photos. Instructions were easy to follow. Uploading photos were quick and easy.

Early results!!

Last night I entered a bag for authentication service with a 24 hour review period. I received my results just hours later! RA (unlike other companies) is never late, but often early like this!

I had a great experience with Real Authentication. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I received my Certificate of Authenticity for my Chanel necklace promptly. As a seller, having a trusted authentication service gives me confidence and peace of mind. I will definitely continue using Real Authentication for future pieces.

QUESTIONABLE RESULTS

Real Authentication results are questionable. Their findings do not accurately reflect the true nature or origin of the item. the results they provide are vague, even though you have to pay for them, they are not detailed and when you attempt to contact them by email, it bounces back, thus giving very shady, scam like vibes. I do not recommend RA.

I’m very satisfied

I’m very satisfied. Extremely professional and competent – I feel a great deal of trust.
I’ve tried 5 other authentication companies because I sell Chanel bags and want to offer my customers proper authenticity certificates. None of them come close to Real Authentication.

First time

I recently purchased a vintage YSL purse and wanted to ensure its authenticity. This authentication website proved to be incredibly user-friendly and efficient, providing a great service at a reasonable price. They promptly informed me about the authenticity of my purse within 24 hours. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future.
