This is a very robotic program meant for someone who has never dieted and knows nothing about weight loss. Expect zero percent individual support. Asking questions is a joke you receive a robot unhelpful response from your so called health coach. If you have any health conditions particularly digestive diseases this program is certainly not for you. I have gastroparesis and am encouraged to eat half plate of vegetables and high fiber food which if I eat I can end up with a blockage requiring surgery. The kit they sent was a complete joke apparently it used to be better mine contained 3 items a scale which I have already have. A worthless plate showing how much vegetables I should eat that I can’t digest and a food scale with gastroparesis I eat very little to begin with. The program is aggressively pushed by United healthcare you will receive excessive emails over and over pushing the program on you even after opting out if is borderline harassment. All to save insurance from having to pay for you to go to a regular weight loss center that will actually help you. I wasted my time on 9 worthless sessions now and will be canceling my membership and going to see a regular nutritionist.

They require way toooo much verification of intimate data. When I requested my account be deleted, I was not able to get the rep to tell me my data was erased. There is no way to log into the account with out providing some blood or first born. Terrible experience. Even though my credentials were requested multiple times with codes to the phone and everything, I was not even able to access the account once. I want my data deleted - not just not accessible to me -- so very annoying and unproductive, a waste of my time.

Scam they collect your information then tell you that you are not overweight enough when that should have happened before they collected insurance information. They keep all your information including insurance information.

Phase 1 went well. I did lose weight. Then came the time for phase 2, and it was afternoon sessions ONLY! My schedule won't accommodate afternoon sessions. Their attitude was "take it or leave it." After all, they had their money. After a while I stopped asking, and I would not use Real Appeal again, nor would I recommend it for anyone else.

This company fraudulently charged my insurance policy $150! I visited their website via a link that was sent to me through my insurance company. The email said to check out their program. I spend a few minutes on the Real Appeal website then left. I never signed up or enrolled in anything. No where on the site was a $150 fee even mentioned, yet they charged my insurance, WHAT A SCAM. I have contacted my insurance, who told me to contact Real Appeal, which I did. No response as of yet! BE AWARE that this company charges your insurance without your consent or notice!
