My car broke down so I called them, spoke with guy named ASAD he sorted out help for me which arrived in less then 1h! Much appriciate for that

Very quick to link me up with a local service provider and vehicle was recovered quickly. RAC notified me of a 6 hour wait which wasn't an option so I was very glad that Readybuddy was able to offer a fast solution.

Avoid at all costs and if you don’t it WILL cost!
Quoted £600 for a new tyre of a poor, entry level brand tyre, which I refused and then constantly called and text to try and negotiate a price. They came down to £450, but I still did not use as they were simply taking advantage of the situation!

Avoid!!! The advisor on WhatsApp charges one price, I sent deposit then once booking secured the fitter called said another price costing £240 to change a tyre

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, SCAMMERS

Worst experience ever tried phoning multiple times phone wouldn’t go through and when we finally got through to someone they wouldn’t let us speak and they were very rude and when we tried to get a word in they wouldn’t let us speak we have video evidence of it I would definitely NOT recommend whatsoever they hung up on us multiple times in an emergency situation.

AVOID FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. Was told a price on WhatsApp and then the recovery guy charged us more to use his tow truck (but that’s what he was there for). He drived so unsafe it was so scary, he shouted at us for asking Readybuddy if the extra charge was normal. THEN got me to get the car off the trailer and my brakes didn’t work so the car went straight into a wall, and he got my partner to push it off the trailer. Tried to dispute the extra £70 he charged us and they offered us £35 which is ridiculous. I’ve never seen a more useless and unsafe company.

Terrible terrible experience and very unsafe experience. Firstly was asked for an extra £100 when the so called recovery person turned up. He tried to get my wife to drive our truck onto his truck! And asking me to be in his vehicle holding the break! He very nearly toppled our vehicle off attempting to get it on! We then told him to leave! He then ran off and very nearly drove into two Lorrie’s!! I am currently trying to get a refund from the company! They are so unprofessional and clearly have no clue on how to operate! Please if anyone is in a breakdown situation do not use this company!!

Based on my experience, I believe the company misrepresented its services and retained my deposit without providing the service I expected. My understanding is that the company operates from India, and I have concerns about whether it holds the appropriate documentation required to operate in the UK. I also understand that recovery services are often subcontracted to third-party providers rather than being carried out directly by the company.

Additionally, I found that the deposits requested can be very high, in some cases exceeding the amount the recovery driver ultimately receives for the job.

I booked a vehicle recovery for £110 and made it very clear before paying the £30 deposit that I could only pay by credit card. I was told this would not be a problem and that the driver would provide either a card machine or a payment link.

After taking my deposit, they then said the remaining £80 had to be paid in cash or by bank transfer. When I explained again that neither option was available to me, they told me to “find someone else.”

I requested my deposit back because the service could not proceed under the payment terms they had agreed to. They initially pointed to their non-refundable deposit policy, even though the cancellation resulted from their failure to provide the agreed card-payment option.

The communication was also unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. They eventually stated that I would receive a refund within 4–8 working days.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Make sure every payment method and condition is confirmed clearly in writing before paying a deposit.

This company is one step away from being a scam, they did get me recovered but charged me a £350 arrangement fee which they called a deposit. They quoted me £500 for the recovery, but I ended up being charged £600
It then took numerous phone calls to get a receipt out of them.

The recovery service they sent were great, but I had to pay him £250, which was the same as he would have charged me if I’d gone to him direct.
So they took advantage of me being female, broken down with a trailer in the A303 on a very hot day with only an old phone and hardly any network connection, so when the search eventually came up I went to the first company that promised immediate recovery
Lesson learnt

Awful experience, charged an extra £100 for 3 people to travel with the car, they sent a 2 seater cabin, no seat belt and a cushion to sit on saying this is fine. Told pickupo would be 25 mins, 90 mins later a car andtrailer arrived. Contact person advised me not to call contact via wattsapp..........AWFUL Company if I could give minus stars I would!!!

Disgusting company! Try to rip me off for £650 to tow a car 10 miles up the road. Next company are called done it for £220..
Then, when I refuse the quote, they got aggressive and sent me abusive text messages.
Which I’ve now forwarded to trading standards.

Scam company.
Took £460 from me.
We did eventually get the recovery from another provider that they had called but had to pay them extra cash. They refuse to provide any receipts or paperwork.
Lied about everything.

I didn't use their service, but the quote they gave me was ridiculously expensive - when I declined they phoned me back and the price had suddenly dropped by over £100 pounds, but was still more than local companies quoted. I think they are deliberately overcharging people.

We had a flat tyre. They came out within 3 hours and changed the tyre. Kept us fully informed all the time. Very competent and professional. Also reasonably priced. Can't fault Jimmy. 5*

The tracker arrived late than scheduled which was inconvenient otherwise the rest was good he delivered the car with no problems and the communication was effective.Overall Ready buddy they are reliable

I called them after suffering a tyre failure and specifically agreed to a very high price because I was told I would be getting a premium Michelin Pilot tyre. I ended up paying £430 in total (£250 to the first technician and £180 to the second), a couple of month before this I paid £550 for the two.

When the second technician arrived, he informed me that the tyre fitted was not the Michelin tyre I had been promised. He explained that the Michelin tyre was never actually available and would have needed to be ordered and fitted at a workshop. In other words, I paid based on one product being promised and received something completely different.

When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told I would need to pay even more money if I wanted the Michelin tyre that I had originally agreed to purchase. Although they eventually offered a partial refund, I was still left having paid hundreds of pounds for a low-quality tyre and now need to spend additional money to get the correct tyre fitted.

The most disappointing part was the lack of transparency. Had I been told from the beginning that the Michelin tyre was unavailable, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I feel I was misled and significantly overcharged.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Absolute scam people sat in an office ringing local breakdown services waited 2 hours and never got a reply, this country is gone !!

Wouldnt use these £395 for a smart car 195/50 r15 smart car ture absolute day light robbery i disputed it they said ok £295 lowest they can go erm a firm came from middlesbrough to gateshead £150 and fact ya just knocked £100 of ya prices showed you were trying it on.
