Reachgenius: Always a Positive Experience Thus Far
I've made three orders with Reachgenius and I am pleased with the shipping and products. I received the products in a timely manner and there are some notable positive effects of their products. They also answer queries so there is a good customer service available through their site. I would recommend them.

I rarely feel the need to write a review but, when I do; It's all true
I'm always satisfied with my orders from these guys. Shipping is fast(not that it matters the most to me), but the variety of multiple rare next-generation chemicals, always of top quality. They constantly coming with new products, make changes to existing ones or improve something in generall. Been their customer for quite time now, and I doubt that's ever going to change.

Decent but not impressed
Great with regard to the extremely fast shipping for both my orders (appr. 24h for placing the order). The products (noopept and phenylpiracetam) are, however, not on par quality-wise with similar products from other vendors. That being said they do provide some nice effects. It is also clear that the manufacturing of the capsules are not done 100 % professionally since the there are visible differences between the quantities of the content in the capsules. Some are filled all the way up, while others are filled to no more than 75-80%. All in all decent, but not impressed.

Quality Vendor
I normally prefer domestic vendors, but Reachgenius never disappoints. Prompt, courteous customer service, consistency in purity of product, and professional shipping practices. I couldn't recommend them more.

Hi! We are sorry that you feel this way. Shipping has been tough throughout COVID-19, and the August sale also put us behind schedule on dispatch. If you feel unsatisfied, please send us an email and we'll try to get you something to compensate for this. We are also aware that we need to acquire better quality spray bottles :)
Website has NO customer service
Website has NO customer service. They never reply.
They don't provide CoA. Their reputation is bad. And products take 1-2 weeks until they are even sent.
Product quality is lower than competitors.
