I bought a kitchen from the comany.

before buying i was sent samples of the unit doors so i could make my choices. delivery of these was very fast and stress free.

The buying process was easy enough and the both the prices and communication was also very good! I was able to reorgnise my delviery date and it came when they sait it would and I got an update from the delviery guys about an hour before they arrived.

in all this was a good option and I'm happy happy to have come across them online

(i hope not to need to do my kitchen again but if i was to i'd go back to them).

Absolutely shocking!!!!! I left a bad review because items were missing and they were ghosting me. They rang me and told me they will send the stuff now because I left a bad review if I removed my reviews they would send them me and give me a £50 refund for the inconvenience. I removed my review and still haven’t received my refund this company is an absolute joke!!!! Never use them….. please check my Google review I’m about to post for picture evidence.

Items not delivered and cannot contact the company, no answer on whatsapp or the customer service number provided or the number on their website. Scam company

I bought a set of kitchen units for my small kitchen and have not been disappointed, they are great quality much better than many other suppliers and are ready assembled. The fittings are included in the price ie soft close drawers and hinges, handles and adjustable legs, they have solid backs not flimsy hardboard. Delivery was good albeit late evening but they did keep me aware if progress, delivery was within a week or ordering. Everything was in good condition in arrival and the guys brought them into a room of my choice.
Can't fault this company give them a try.

In the end, excellent value, good quality kitchen units. Particularly impressed with solidity and quality of drawer base unit and drawer boxes, comprising soft close, solid bottoms and backs.
Let down slightly by failed delivery - the old "the van broke down" excuse - and took a couple of days to communicate a redelivery but then couriers were sound.
I know stuff happens in logistics, but no need to lie about it. Just say it's gone wrong and immediately put it right and most of us will accept that.
Notwithstanding I would order again.

What an great company to order from the kitchen units are well made solid backs makes them stronger than most other brands took less than a week to be delivered great communication there was a small issue with some missing draw fronts but they were sent by courier and arrived in a few days would definitely recommend

Absolutely horrible customer service. The mounting brackets seem to be stuck in the drawer and can't be removed, so we can't attach the front panel. We contacted them a few times and received irrelevant video via whats app. So we asked further questions, and we are being ignored.
The unit is sitting in our hallway for a week now. It is ridiculous.
Order elsewhere if you can!

Good quality kitchen units that come pre-assembled ready for doors of your choice or fully assembled with doors.
Staff are really helpful, prices are very reasonable and delivery guys are professional and cheerful. I was unsure abour ordering online but after receiving 1 unit, I bought another 4 because they are excellent value for money.

Started off so well, with clear comms but soon turned to poor when they failed to deliver claiming vehicle breakdown. Resolved with a promised of deliver 3 days later. Then no communication, no response to calls and WhatsApp. Spoke with possible senior person who then couldn't promise delivery. Poor service means I can't comment on the product but when complaining and requested a refund to buy another unit the refund is still going to take another 10days to return.

Very well made kitchen units at a very good price saved a fortune buying from rd furniture instead of wickes very pleased

Had wardrobes delivered on time and guys who delivered were great and were very helpful the wardrobes are of very good quality for price

Just open the kitchen units I purchased for you and they look second hand !! Most of the screws have been over done to the point where there going right though , there not one face on any of the 6 units that are flush ! Gaps on everything, all have chips all over , black marks on the edges , not one is square, it like a 5 year old has assembled them !!! it's an absolute joke ! And lied about when it was going to be delivered

I am delighted with the cupboards I ordered. They are of excellent quality - even the fixtures and fitting are top quality.
I was panicking a bit on the day as it was getting towards 8.00 pm and the delivery had not arrived - however Samual assured they were on the way and sure enough they were delivered by 8.00pm so I didn't need to have worried.
The delivery guys were great - really hard working guys by the looks of things.
The free delivery was a bonus.
I would definitely recommend this company and will order from them again as the cupboards are so strong and sturdy - and arrived already assembled so no trying to follow complicated guides for assembly.

I was nervous about how good the quality of the small kitchen that I ordered would be because the difference in price to other sellers was so much lower. I didn't need to worry, when the kitchen was delivered I was delighted with the quality and the colour Sage green and people can't believe the price for assembled units. The communication when ordering was good and delivery went as promised and the delivery men were very helpful. Just one small constructive suggestion would be a follow up message the day before confirming delivery as no tracking available this would both remind people and reassure them that the delivery was on schedule. Sent me a broken wall unit with no shelf and doesn't answer the phone either!

I wanted furniture on castors, ready assembled for ages.
I phoned and spoke to Harry to enquire if I could have metal drawer runners fitted instead of standard smooth runners. For a little extra this was done. Free delivery on orders over £250 by 2 man team even though I live in North Wales and they are based in Bilston. Excellent customer service and delivery.
They delivered to 1st floor flat, not easy access due to stair lift, tight corners. They gave me a time slot and rang an hour before so I wouldn't have to wait in. Really happy with quality, not paper veneer rubbish or high gloss.
