Bed Frrame Replacement Sommunication Issue
Our CalKing bed wooden slat broke in the middle of the night on a Saturday. The Rocklin store was closed on Sunday so I ordered through Amazon on Sunday but would not receive for two weeks. After one night of sleeping on the floor, I ordered a bed frame replacement on Monday. Rec'd an email that it was available on Tuesday. Just defore leaving the house to pick up noticed and email that says it was NOT AVAILABLE.Rearrange the bed to sleep on the floor, but then decided to call Online Support. THEY said it was ready for pickup. Prompt service getting it loaded into my car, but WASTED A HALF DAY due to an inaccurate email.

Damaged dressing/bed, rude manager
My husband and I ordered a bed set from RC Willey and it was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery guys came in and they said the dresser was not even loaded in their truck because it was damaged in the warehouse. First of all, how do we not get a call about that? I took this day off work so I can received the furnitures. I called their customer service, and a manager named Carena at their Rocklin location answered, and she couldn't be the rudest person I have spoken with. I kindly asked her to please include in the note to not tightly wrap it in the warehouse because that is what the delivery guys told me to do. And she kept saying, "I cant do anything about this, I will call you tomorrow." I understand its not her fault, nor the delivery guys, but a simple kindness and apologetic tone would have gone a long way. I called back and I spoke with Christina from customer service and she helped me reschedule my delivery date, sadly it would be a week from today. I have not encountered a rude manager in customer service before, and as they say, there's always a first time. I don't truly understand why Carena had to treat me the way she treated me. RC Willeys please check on your employees.

Our customer service agents and managers are unable to make any changes to orders or deliveries when the delivery is still out making deliveries. That is why you were told you would receive another call. Our system does not allow any changes when deliveries are actively occurring. Since you called and spoke with our customer service, the drivers did finish all of their deliveries and you were rescheduled for the next date we had available, which is 07/17/25. We appreciate your patience and recommend calling our California customer service at 916-770-2750 if you need any other assistance.

Worst delivery experience EVER
This review is purely based on our delivery experience (on two separate occasions). Absolutely disgusted is an understatement. We were awaiting a response to our issues from the first delivery, then crazily went back and ordered from them again. Only for an even worse experience to occur. Two gentlemen, awful attitude problem, delivering clearly damaged items with no packaging. We did not want to accept the delivery and they refused to take it back. Furthermore, spoke to us (in front of our children) in the most condescending and confrontational way. When asked why they wouldn’t take it, we were simply told they didnt want to. I could go on but we’re simply shocked. Not looking to shop here EVER again! Will be cancelling orders placed. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
