Les affiches sont très belles, les cadres sont arrivés abîmés, on m'a promis une compensation financière mais je n'ai jamais reçu de virement... Même après plusieurs relances.

This is a scam.

this is a scam.
I bought 2 posters 50x70, the first one was ok but the second one was horrible.
the quality of the image is very low, you can see pixels. The image was distorted.
I asked for a return/refund but they don't want. then they ask me to write a good review for the first poster and they told me that they will send me a good quality image for the second poster. That was a lie, they never sent me the"new" image with good quality. I have no update about the new image.

Lol I never sent any image for any kind of personalised poster. what are you talking about ? I just choose 2 posters that was on your website.The poor quality image is from you.

We’re sorry to read your review, but we must clarify that the image you sent for the personalized poster was of very low quality, and as we explained to you, we printed exactly what you provided. The result depends entirely on the quality of the file you upload.

You are not being truthful in your review. We never promised to send a new poster with a different image, but we did try to help you find a solution. It’s unfair to claim we are a scam when we followed the process exactly as explained on our website.

Please be honest and tell the full story, including the fact that you sent a low-resolution file.

Lamentamos leer tu reseña, pero debemos aclarar que la imagen que nos enviaste para el póster personalizado era de muy baja calidad, y como te explicamos, imprimimos exactamente el archivo que nos proporcionaste. El resultado depende totalmente de la calidad del archivo enviado por el cliente.

No estás diciendo la verdad. En ningún momento prometimos enviarte un nuevo póster con otra imagen, aunque sí intentamos ayudarte a encontrar una solución.

Es totalmente injusto que nos llames estafa cuando seguimos el proceso tal como está explicado en nuestra web y el error fue externo a nosotros.

Te pedimos que seas honesto y cuentes la historia completa, incluyendo que enviaste una imagen con poca resolución.

Pedí 3 posters con marco y me llegarón antes de lo prometido.

La experiencia de abrirlos es una locura y la calidad mejor que la sensación en fotos.

Además, están guapos de narices !!

Mucha variedad de posters y buena calidad.

El paquete me llegó en perfecto estado, y me impresionó la variedad de posters que tienen. Tienen más variedad de posters que otras marcas de posters con más seguidores, y ni hablar de la calidad de RB Posters. Además, la comunicacion con la marca es muy buena, y te responden al instante. Mis dieces.
