Rayanair Arvostelua 

Per ora do tre stelle perché ho effettuato solo una prenotazione di recente ed è la prima volta che la faccio.
Non apprezzo per niente il fatto di dover pagare come extra un bagaglio a mano che in realtà mi spetterebbe a prescindere o perlomeno potrebbero farlo pagare molto meno. Assurdo dover spendere a/r 40€ a persona circa per un bagaglio a mano. Penso sia più corretto alzare un po' i prezzi per inserire all'interno del biglietto anche il bagaglio e magari l'assicurazione che a parer mio è un diritto di ogni singola persona che sale su un aereo.
Aggiornerò la mia recensione per descrivere anche il viaggio.

Pessima compagnia, propongono inizialmente prezzi bassi poi ti fanno pagare il bagaglio a mano più del biglietto! Veramente ridicoli!

Es la peor compañía con la que he viajado, desde que reservas, hasta que aterrizas, te hacen sufrir de una manera importante.

Immerhin hat ein Flug gut geklappt, aber ich warte immer noch auf die Rückerstattung des Betrages, den ich für den Flug im April 2020 bezahlen musste. Der Flug im April wurde von Rayanair storniert.

Voyage Beauvais Cracovie en août 2021 sans problème, je n’ai eu aucun problème d’enregistrement, ni d’embarquement, comme à chaque fois avec eux. Le service n’est pas au top mais pour le prix il ne faut vraiment pas s’en plaindre.

Worst airline company in the world
I can’t believe that this airline is still operating. My experience with Rayannair is dramatic and can’t wish it to anyone.
I had a connection flight with them, they confirmed by phone that I can fly. However, they rejected me in the check in due to shenghen visa in the connection country. I showed them evidence that It is a connection flight, but they don’t do anything. No one takes responsibility. While other companies allow flying without problem

Tramite my Trip abbiamo acquistato un volo Rayanair per Alghero, subito ci fanno doppia prenotazione, con doppio addebito, contattiamo subito loro, impossibile, allora ci siamo rivolti direttamente a RAyanair, con molta fatica, riusciamo in chat a spiegare l''accaduto, ci dicono che emetteranno il rimborso, siamo al 25 giugno, oggi provo a parlarr con loro per capire dove sono finiti i nostri soldi, la risposta via chat, molto frettolosa e' che avevano gia fatto il rimborso, in data 14 luglio, ad una carta sconosciuta, quando spiego che non abbiamo nessuna carta con quel finale...mi liquidano dicendo che allora dovevo parlare con chi mi aveva fatto il biglietto, mandandomi il link per il reclamo...disconnettendosi subito senza dirmi nulla di piu..vergognoso

Svindel og humbug firma , kræver ekstra betaling for bagage de selv godkende ud af København , men da vi stod i London og skulle til Spanien ville de have ekstra 🤮🤮🤮

Hi.i bought a flight of£60.14 to go from luton (london) To Barcelona on2 july 2021with rayanair.
The latter was cancelled so they gave me 2 options refund voucher or cash into my account i did choose cash into my account than they sent me another email
Stating i will receive the cash within a week but the cash was not £60.14
It was £55.78 than i sent them an email with i need a full refund of£60.14
Since than no reply no cash into my acct.
Rayanair boss should look what is happening to his company
And he got to change and listen to his customers as we are making him rich and his staff are getting paid.
I do thank trustpilot for there great job
As it is the only way we people are getting our money back.

One and a half month ago I send my last mail to you.
Why can't you just answer my simple question? Is it so hard to refund the money.
It is unbelievable that it takes so long to get your money back.
I am a regular customer who books a lot with Ryanair and I expect also a good service
otherwise it feels like I am taken for granted.

The lady behind the desk refused to take the check in luggage because it's not securely wrapped. I paid extra for a wrap and then she said it's already late for check in luggage. Inside I also had personal belongs with high value as they were gifted to me by the loved ones.

K. Nagy confirmed that we will receive a cheque due to cancellation with COVID-19 in October, and we will receive it within 28 days, and now it's the 4th of February 2021, a "little" late isn't it? We mailed several times but never got a feedback, a shame!
and probably they will blame it on COVID, but you can blame everything on COVID, very easy.

We had an awful experience in Berlin when 16 people were not allowed boarding for being 1 minute late!
Just imaging the situation, I am still on the plane ladder with two of my friends, seeing 4 others are standing next to the gate (it's just like 30 meters from us!). We are waiting for them on the plane BUT they never come. As well as other 12 people.
We did not even understand what happened. The aircraft crew informed that 16 people were not allowed boarding due to 1-minute lateness. They were also shocked and tried to convince airport workers to let guys in.
Meanwhile, we were waiting for around 20 minutes more which is more than enough to take the seats, if guys would be allowed to.

You might tell that it is the airport workers' fault, but I will disagree:
1) The plane was FULL without these 16 guys, it was clearly overbooked. There were a few empty seats but not 16. They could not let the part of people go and leave others in the airport. Do you understand the situation now? I saw some people had one seat for two and the aircraft crew helped to find a free seat.
2) When we called Rayanair, they did nothing. They did not offer compensation, another flight, that they will try to investigate and avoid such situations in the future, just NOTHING.

1-minute lateness, are you serious, Rayanair?

I booked a ticket from London to Copenhagen and canceled the flight, and I asked that I get the price of the ticket, but I haven't got it yet. Please research this matter.
