Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that we responded to your email today within 1.5 hours of receiving your query—please check your inbox and, just in case, your junk/spam folder.
Your order was placed on Saturday, 17th January, and it was dispatched the same day. You contacted us today Tuesday, 20th January regarding delivery, which allows only two working days for transit. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the courier and are outside of our control.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and in this case, we did so immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Every order receives a tracking code in order for you to track.
The order is still in transit as we’d expect as it’s only been 2 working days.
Your 1 star review is harsh and hope you’ll consider altering it to suit.

Ordered a jacket to Ireland and it was delivered 2 days before the expected delivery date.
Had to pay for customs but I was made well aware of that and had no problem paying as I really wanted this jacket.
Ordered a Pretty green jacket from pretty green and my package was stolen en route to me. Pretty Green themselves were useless at resolving the problem but I ordered the exact same jacket and these lads sent it twice as quick with no nonsense.
Can't go wrong with these lads, they're straight forward, quick, and the prices are unreal too. Definitely will be back! Absolute legends. Thank you.

Place for your Lambretta gear
I had been to there shopin gt yarmouth in the summer . The guys in store were very helpful in helping with my purchase.
So when i needed a couple more lambretta tops , i tried there website.
Items arrived in two days. Tops packaged well. One gripe they did feel alittle damp but guess thats more cold weather and evri delivery , overall very good
