Do not buy from this website. Ordered heart pendant gold chain, size 15-17”, received chain 20-22”, which was too long. Now attempted to contact 4 times in the last 7 days, no response at all. Customer service appears non existent.

I ordered a sterling silver bracelet that was advertised as a present . The bracelet that arrived is more like steel and the links are different. I have sent emails several times both on contacts of how to arrange a return but have had no response

Returns non existent!
Tried to return an item the same day I received it but was told I wasnt able to! Nothing on their website states that items are non returnable! Wont be buying from this company ever again!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Took forever to come and after 3 emails eventually got in touch.
Parcel eventually came and box was damaged with the necklace very small and cheaply made. Not worth the £40 I have spent on it. I requested a return on the 7th of Aug and after 3 emails again, have heard nothing. Will not be buying from this company again

Bought a item for a special birthday
It came and is so small contacted company no reply for weeks and weeks then got a reply saying they would send a bigger one
Still heard nothing after sending emails everyday
Waste of money waste of time need to find something similar now and time is running out
