Complete con. Ordered in April 2026. Emails either not delivered or not replied to. Money taken for nothing!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered ladies Sandals in mid April, from Ravonwear, they have never arrived.
A reply from my email stated out for delivery and had a tracking link, which did nothing.
I recently emailed again and it has been returned as mail undeliverable. I tried their website and its been taken Down.
I now see the same Sandals advertised on Google and the company name is Ravon.
I did contact Google as I believe both are fraudulent sites but I've not heard back from them yet.
Be warned people and don't waste your money.

No stars really, ordered shoes which did not arrive, did have one email reply to say that they were on their way but they did not know where they were, did not say who the carrier was. Eventually contacted my bank and claimed payments for shoes and insurance, this was paid but subject to Ravonwear disputing it. They have disputed it. Still hoping to win, what's the insurance for ? Definitely avoid Ravonwear in future

I ordered 3 pairs of orthopaedic sandals over a month ago, I did get a reply to my first email saying there's a delay in some orders, I've emailed several times since and comes back as error. Cost me over £50

Ordered shoes 08/04/26 still not received them, tried to email and email received to advise something went wrong. Will definitely not be ordering anything again, will now have to contact by bank to enquire if money can be refunded.

I ordered a pair of shoes with flowers on the sides, on 18th of March for Mothers Day. I contacted them while the shoes were still in transit and they replied to say they would be delivered on time. They never were delivered. I emailed them and never got a reply. When I tried to email them again, my email address had been blocked. And like the rest of the comments, the site has gone. Along with my £20, which was off my daughter.

We think this is a scam, I ordered three pairs of summer shoes in early April and they still have not arrived. Also tried to e mail the company which looks as though it no longer exists. We hava reported this as potential fraud.

I would have said 0 but this is ridiculous, I ordered some shoes on 12th April and still not arrived and now I cannot find them as there shop is no longer online.... Absolute rip offs.They should be ashamed .

Absolutely shocking company, you pay, order item and it fails to be delivered, despite numerous emails to them they don't bother to reply 😡

Like many others I placed an order that was not delivered.
This company are not to be trusted.

Scam website ordered shoes that did not arrive, avoid them!

Shoes never arrived, email address is not valid. I've tried multiple times to contact them. A complete scam which I fell for. Do not buy from this company

Shoes sent for in March 2026, still not arrived. Contact email bounces back. Contact number is in Brazil. DON'T BUY

I ordered a pair of sandals on 16th March, it is now 4th May. Emailed them several times. They did reply saying they were in transit and would be wirh me by the end of the week, that was 2 weeks ago. After reading all the reviews on this company they are DEFINITELY A SCAM.
Keep well away. I'm going to see if I can get my money back from Bank.

I ordered some ladies pumps on March 28th still no sign of them very disappointed reply I got was in transit between countries so I think they probably aren't a true company and I can't afford to just lose money like that very disappointed 🙄 I'm trying to find a way to contact them but no luck definatley a scam please alert your friends and family their company should be removed so no one else gets scammed

Order a pair of sandals 5 weeks ago. They have still not arrived. Very disappointing. I have tried emailing the company several times but delivery has failed on all occasions.

This is definitely a fake stores. Go on their site and check out their contact address.
I ordered 2 pair shoes 4th April. still nothing. I contacted them by email no reply. I tried again, they blocked my email address. I guess I just learn by my mistake.

I ordered from this company a few weeks ago. They have not been dispatch yet but have taken my money. Be very careful.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 8th of April and still not received my shoes and no way of contacting them they aren’t even giving me updates on tracking, and they even have the cheek to ask if I’d like to order again, excuse me I’d like my 2 pairs of shoes to arrive first before I order again,that’s if I even receive them .
