Rathbones Tailor Arvostelua

Suit was sent on time with easy returns instructions. Quality was decent and it was very reasonably priced

Absolutely amazing service! This company rock…. I will use again for sure

Rented a morning suit for a wedding. It arrived promptly, fitted perfectly and was of a high quality. Ordering and returning were simple and hassle free. The service was very competitively priced. I would definitely use again and would recommend Rathbones to others.

Excellent customer service from the guys at Rathbone’s. Suit arrived as said and was easy to return. Excellent fit and quality (I am an odd size!!) Would recommend

Great quality suits, delivered on time and as described, Can't fault the service!

Amazing, quick and easy service. Great communication, things were very smooth, including the return process. Will definitely use again as well as recommend to others.

Suit fitted perfectly and was good quality. Delivered exactly when they said with good communication throughout the process. Was strightforward to return too.

Fantastic top quality suit delivered through a brilliant easy to use service from the very start and the process very straightforward. I will certainly be using your service again and recommending to colleagues

Excellent service. I made an ERP or with my order but Megan sorted it out really quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Tuxedo excellent quality and fitted well on first try.

Great suit, delivered on early (which didn't eat into my allotted rental time), fit perfectly thanks to the self measuring instructions, easy to return. I don't have a bad thing to say to be honest.

Clear information on website. Helpful response when needing to work round a bank holiday for delivery slots. Clothes in superb condition.

Simple to place an order, swift delivery, excellent quality and very simple to return. What more could you ask for.

I rented morning suits for my groomsmen for my wedding weekend and had a fantastic experience - everything arrived on time, replacements for items that didn’t fit were sent and arrived literally the next day after I requested them and the customer service team were very quick to respond and were generally extremely helpful. The suits themselves were good quality and came nicely pressed. The ties and shirts were a bit on the poorer quality side but then again they were very good value for money.

All in all my experience with Rathbones tailor was overwhelmingly positive and I would recommend it to anyone looking for rental suits on their special day!

I ordered 6x Simkins navy suits myself and groomsmen for my wedding in Spain, the suits were of excellent quality and looked great. The most important thing for me was the excellent service that I received both via life chat and email. Megan in particular was extremely helpful with questions about sizing and offering flexibility around return dates etc One pair of trousers needed to be returned in relation to sizing and this was handled with ease. The retuning of the suits was easy via DPD and by providing Megan with the tracking information it was easy to get an accurate bill. It’s not often I leave a review but only in exceptional circumstances when the customers service went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you rathbones and in particular Megan.

Completely impressed with the service from this company from start to finish. Website easy to use, prices are keen, quality of items are good and delivery bang on time. Positive attention to detail, fab customer service and everything works as they say it will. I will definitely be using again

Was really pleased with quality of morning suit rented compared to previous competitors. Delivery and return process easy.

Did a great job getting the rented suit out in time, and was extremely helpful in providing replacement trousers when the originals turned out to be too long.

Also, their guide for providing your own measurements really helped make things easier, and the whole experience was much less intimidating (not to mention expensive) than a traditional suit rental

1 time try out service? Thankfully I didn't order it just before the wedding as clearly the suit didn't fit. I believe this should be a more flexible service

Quick, easy and convenient, while providing high quality suits for rent or purchase. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to smarten up for an event.

Suit arrived early which allowed for conformation of fit. Quality was good and as described. On returning I realised that the DPD returns label had accidentally been thrown out. The team at Rathbones arranged for a replacement to be sent to me with no fuss.
