Pathetic service and policy

These people have such rigid policies around their returns/exchange. Completely dissatisfied with their service. I wanted an exchange as the size was not satisfactory but they won't budge. Complete inconvenience while purchasing online from this site. It's better to purchase from a reliable site which has customer friendly exchange and return policy.

I ordered an item and received the same. I chose to return the product and pay for the return as well. I paid 300 in return charges for a 1000rs product. These guys took the product but never gave a refund for the remaining amount. After 2 months of everyday followup they gave a 700 promocode. I used the promo code and ordered 2 water bottles and paid a difference of 316rs. They promised to ship both but sent only one.I had to call the customer care 10000 times to get an answer. They don't have the product and hence did not ship, then why did they take the money in the first place. I fought and wanted a refund because I want to end this battle with them. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY TILL TODAY.ABSOULTELY SHAMELESS. pls never buy from them. THEY CHEAT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT SERVICE. ALL THIS IS HAPPENING FOR LAST 4 MONTHS

Unhone courier se vapis mangvai. Lekin dusri kab bhejenge iska kuchh pata nahi . Unke number par ab tak 40-50 bar call hue honge mere . Phn uthate nahi na message ka reply dete he. Consumer court ka sahara lena padega .

Received the product as per the specification. Package and delivery instructions are good.
Though the product price is little higher than as expected other things to be appreciated.

these guys are fraud, selling defective item. Once you bought - there is no response over call / what's up / mail.. Pathetic customer service. don't even think to buy from here. I spoke with manufacturer - they stop selling them since last 4/5 years.

Wish can give a 0 star. This is a very poor product with equally poor warranty backup and customer service. Bought their Softel Atta chakki reading the fake reviews. We followed the you tube video and the instructions. First time usage the motor kept on jamming and became so hot that it burnt down internal parts - grinding stones, rubber ring, plastic parts inside. All of them got mixed with the Atta. Lot of Atta got burnt up inside and got stuck in parts. It took 7+ hours for us to grind 5kg of Atta which has to be thrown away because of contamination and then cleaning up the chakki. Upon complaining we were told to schedule a video call with technician. I shared videos and photos with the technician who didn't bother to come on video call to see for himself and asked us to raise a support ticket for warranty replacement. Upon doing that also we were offered that a replacement rubber ring would be sent which we have to replace ourselves. When I asked for other parts or return/replacement we are offered to return the machine but they would give a rasoi shop gift card with 3000 rupees less than what we paid. Since then we have written several emails to replace / fix the machine under warranty but no response at all. Stay away from this fraud company.
