The company is a total scam. They use AI-based tools, there is no human interaction, the content is late, and they didn't deliver everything. They also don't want to refund the money and they are not answering any emails
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
I paid for a three-month music promotion package, but from the outset the service fell well below what had been discussed. Before my content shoot, I had to chase the creative brief three separate times despite the team knowing my filming date. When it finally arrived, it didn't reflect the agreed strategy or the emotional direction I had clearly outlined for my artist brand.
Communication throughout the project was poor. There were repeated delays, confusion over edits due to poor communication, and I was regularly left chasing for updates and answers. Despite raising my concerns early and giving the company opportunities to put things right, the service never improved.
The most disappointing part was how the situation was handled. After I raised formal complaints, communication eventually stopped altogether. Despite requesting a refund and giving the company a deadline to respond, I received neither a refund nor any further communication.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them.
