Excelent support
My email provider deleted my email and they helped me change it. Also helped me with BTC payments that, although confirmed on the blockchain, didn't authorize the transaction on their website. They can help with seedbox issues too. Their support is so good I wish every single online service would be like this, it is worth for the support alone.

Mike went way out of his way and beyond the call of duty in terms of effort, patience and the amount of time he spent solving my issue.
