Randridebikes Arvostelua 

Stay away from Randride ebikes, the controller failed after 200km, they sent me a replacement after some months and after installing it the bike had only intermittent power, I worked with Randride to solve the issue but with no success, they will not repair, replace or return the money, they are the worst I have ever dealt with - stay away - stay away - stay away.

The e-bike is fantastic and everything arrived in perfect order. The customer support team is also very responsive, polite, and helpful when resolving questions. Highly recommended :)

I’ve ridden my Hurricane model for over 4,000 km, and I’m still very happy with it. The battery gives me 80+ km of range when riding at limited speed, and the motor has plenty of power for hills and longer rides. The combination of gears and throttle makes riding particularly easy when climbing.
It also looks great, I get comments about it almost every time I ride. After five years, it still performs very well and easily keeps up with and often outperforms my friends’ bikes from much more famous brands.
For me, it has been a powerful, reliable and great-looking e-bike that has delivered years of enjoyable riding. Very happy with my purchase and I recommend this company. Good value for money.

Varning!!! Min cykel yx90m höll knappt ett år. Nu vill dom att man ska köpa dyra reservdelar från Kina. Bättre att köpa en cykel från ett seriöst märke. Bli inte lurade som jag.

Ich habe vor einigen Tagen mein E-Bike erhalten und bin mehr als zufrieden damit. Ich habe Die YG90 Variante mit zwei Akkus erhalten und denke, dass sie halten was sie versprechen. Preis-Leistung ist hier unschlagbar. Durch die derzeitigen geopolitischen Ereignisse, hatte sich meine Lieferung leider sehr verzögert, dies sollte einem jedoch selbst bewusst sein, wenn man ein Fahrrad aus Hongkong bestellt. Der Kundenservice war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich auch bei der Verzögerung schnell gemeldet und sich entgegenkomment gezeigt. Sprachbarrieren waren ebenfalls überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Die ersten 250km habe ich schon hinter mir und ich freue mich auf viele weitere schöne Touren mit dem E-Bike (:

Per quanto riguarda la bici direi che il rapporto prezzo/qualità è molto buono.
Se poi uno paga 1300€ per non può ovviamente avere la qualità di una KTM che ne costa 5000...

If you want an warranty covered E-Bike with great quality, where everything advertised is true, with staff and personel who are service minded. And with personel that know exactly what they are talking about without going back and forth for months and know how to fix their own product. Then this is not the bike for you!

Fake and fixed reviews covers the majority of their site and makes them look alot better than they ever will be. I know so, because they used my own reviews and removed my second one but kept the pictures for a new edited one. Not hard to look good when you control your own reviews by removing the bad ones. Not even my first one with 3 stars was enough.

Best memory with this bike is it being stolen. Poor soul who got that piece of Chinese crap. Good riddance! 1 star is to good of a rating for Randride. Should be negative 7 maybe.

PS: I'll screenshot this and prove the reviews are fixed and controlled when they remove or change my reviews for a fourth time... I will also not use any pictures so that they won't get used.

I paid $489 approximately two years ago for the Randride YG90 battery advertised as 20Ah with Samsung cells on their website. The battery I received was 13Ah and contained DMGEC cells instead of the advertised Samsung cells. Randride promised a $90 partial refund, but I never received it. I repeatedly asked for refund confirmation but they completely stopped responding. I see they are now selling the same battery as 23 Ah, even though the maximum possible capacity with five cells in parallel is 17.5 ah.

Leave well alone the 30 day return period is a scam firstly its not a free return or just postage back they want 25% plus postage costs. So if you pay £1000. Exspect to receive about £700 back for a brand new bike this is a rip off! bikes dont even look that nice. With cheap parts seat reviews say they are cheap and nasty and rip after a short period of using the bike.

Ordered a bike, said delivery was 3-5 days, after a week I began chasing. They said fed ex had not picked up item, 1 day later Fed ex delivered, first lie. Opened box to find they had sent wrong bike. Reply was blunt, "sorry for sending wrong bike that was more expensive than Ordered" as if I should be greatful. Had to wait another week before they finally sent courier. Said they would give $150 compensation, new bike arrived and guess what, not what I ordered, cheaper version, when I told them reply was "oh warehouse doesn't have that model in stock so we sent this instead. I told them I didn't want the model they sent and wanted to return for refund. They sent $150 refund, and would not take back the bike. The price difference between model I ordered and what they sent was$100. I asked for the difference to be refunded as well, they said they sent $150 already so it was enough. After that they stopped replying to my emails, even though I threatened legal action they ignored me. By now there was over 50 emails sent back and forth and it was now Sept 25th. I've given a true account of my experience, if you are reading this it's your choice to make if you deal with these people or not, you have been warned!
