Found this website local to me

Found this website local to me, called in July 2022 with old ipod that needed a new battery. DEE was very polite and helpful and located a suitable battery and a few days later collected ipod. Smooth transaction, will definitely revisit in future with my gadgets.
Would definitely recommend 5*

Excellent customer service

Happy with my iPhone replacement battery, fast service within 30 minutes, fair price and helpful advice given on how to preserve the health of my new battery. Would definitely use again.

Excellent Customer Service and Results

Having looked for a reliable shop which could repair a number of tablets I was directed to Ralakde and can assure you that they did not disappoint.

Their prices, turnaround times and service were exemplary and I will be using them for any / all future repairs of hardware!

Excellent company.

Really professional

Really professional, smart looking shop. Really friendly service. Needed a new phone battery for my Samsung a51 desperately. They replaced it same day in 20 mins, cheaper than Samsung offered to do it themselves- under warranty too! Mega value, but did a proper job on my phone to get it sorted. Defo would use again!

Excellent 10/10!

Did a really top job of repairing my Huawei PSmart 2019 which had a smashed screen and LCD. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Screen is not touch sensitive when…

Screen is not touch sensitive when placed flat on table. Only when held vertical. It's a cheap replacement.
