A great company and yes you do win. I have had a few wins,the best was a holiday to Iceland. Customer service is great using the chat. They get back to you quickly during working hours.

Real raffles run by real friendly people
Real raffles (I've been playing for a while and have won more than once) and super-helpful staff. When I managed to mess up my prize claim, they responded to my email and fixed it all within 24 hours. Would recommend!
