Dog fence to our home

Works exceptionally well, if your dog hears the warning signal, they will move back from the fence, gate etc, as they get used to the signal, you will not have to worry again.

Unparalleled knowledge and service

We contacted Petsafe as our 2 dogs kept getting off our property, Brendan took the time to discuss our problems, and guided us to the best system suitable for our property and didn’t simply try hard sell us the most expensive . We bought a wired system with an extra collar. We can already see the difference, fantastic product. We called a couple times during set up and Brendan once again was on hand and took ample time to guide us through.

5 stars is not enough, the entire process was flawless from helping us to pick the right system, helping us during installation and then after sales questions.

Great Irish business

Got it in the hope that it would stop a neighbours dog from persisatant barking. It made absolutely no difference. Dog is barking just as much as before.

Hi Seamus,
Thank you for taking our call this morning. Unfortunately, as you confirmed, it was not possible to position the unit correctly (in accordance with instructions) due to the height of the dividing wall. This would have rendered the unit ineffective in this instance.
There are other bark control solutions available, but these would need to be implemented by the dog’s owner.

Brilliant customer service.
I've been using the PetSafe in ground containment system for nearly four years and recently added another collar receiver (as we got another dog). In the four years I had the system, I've had two issues that were fully resolved by PetSafe.
In one of the issues, they had every right to refuse my request, but they appeared to genuinely want to help me and they sorted the issue for me
