Radfords pie company Arvostelua 

Absolutely shocking customer service and I’m still wondering where my pies are? I ordered them on the 10th of August, now where are they? I was okay with it being a minimum two weeks but this is disgusting to leave customers like this with no updates and 0 communication lost for words at this point

Hi ordered pies on the 5th October arrived today in good condition and well in date looking forward to trying these these look delicious thank you very much

Still waiting for a response from you to my numerous emails, messages and even a letter regarding receiving mouldy pies from you which arrived after the use by date, as a pensioner I cannot afford to lose almost £30 for a product that was inedible. Disgraceful way to treat your customers and if i could give a no star rating I would

Took my money didn’t deliver pies didn’t replied to emails went to Disneyland with my money

I ordered some pies 3 weeks ago (19th August) and have still not received the order despite the fact that the money £29.50, was taken from my account immediately. I have tried to call them but it appears the number doesn’t respond. I don’t know what to do next. Interestingly too, the name that came up with the order was Faradays rather than Radford.

I would have given the rating of zero if it were possible

Pies ordered 13 Apr but never received.
Like fellow reviewers contact with the Company is near impossible although one of my 13 emails was acknowledged but no action taken -still waiting for £39 refund

The actual service seems far removed from the tv programme perception -if only I knew the filming dates I could pay a visit

Ordered 5 pies nearly 3 weeks ago and have sent 3 emails asking for a delivery day and not heard a thing. What a shame ! I won’t be ordering from them again. The phone number does not connect that is advertised on their website. No way to get hold of anyone. Disappointed

I ordered a pie from radfords and after 2 weeks I've not had any communication about delivery. Ive emailed them several times but its quite obvious they have no interest in telling customers anything about when delivery will be made. Shocking customer service. Don't get drawn in by their celebrity status on telly. Maybe they should focus on delivering their pies instead of being on the telly. Ridiculous having to wait over 3 weeks for a pie. Won't be doing this again.

Shocking service received my order after a long wait and then when they did arrive all the pies completely smashed. Have sent emails and have no response.
Do not use as you will be disappointed as the pies are disappointing and best 3/10

I have emailed twice about my delivery as have not heard anything from them after spending a lot of money on an order of pies! If I had read these reviews I would never have ordered from them. DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered 17th June, still no delivery after 5 weeks, emailed 3 times with no response.

Ordered around £40 worth of pies. Turned up after being out for delivery for 3 days and pies were warm and gone off. No temperature controlled box. Sent multiple emails and no response just as others have said on here. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering and now out of pocket with no response.

The pies spent 3 days in the post. 45 pounds down the drain. They don't answer emails and their telephone number is invalid. Lost a customer now. AVOID this company unless you want to risk getting ripped off in this way.

Met Tilly today and had a photo taken, both were very friendly and helpful, Dad needs to put the Radford sign back up !!!
Had the Steak & Ale pie 🥧 😋 absolutely delicious, had to return to buy another one, 2 x Meat & Potato pies, Chicken and Ham and a Steak & Pepper, looking forward to the new series. All the best to the Radford.

Going to order online when home in East Sussex

Today we have received our 3rd order from Radford Pie's. I first ordered them after watching the show and wanting to try them and omg I'm obsessed! The fillings are packed and so delicious! The boxes arrived with all the perishables label and I knew it was from them! Even on the hottest day of the year so far they arrived still cold in bubble wrap and in their chunky insulated boxes. I thought i still had a week or so to clear the freezer out but they arrived in only a few days (we do normally order around more peek times like Christmas etc so we know it's normally a wait - but they are soooo worth it!). I'm gutted the husband is out tonight, but i'm tempted still to cook one up tonight even though Ill have odd numbers lol, I'll just have to sneak another one, it'll be our secret! :-)

We’ve been loyal customers of Radford Pies for some time now – their pies are absolutely delicious and we've always recommended them to friends and family. That’s why this experience has been so disappointing.

We placed an order back in February and, by April, it still hadn’t arrived. I reached out via email and was pleased to receive an immediate apology and reassurance that the pies would be shipped that week. Unfortunately, that’s where the communication stopped.

Since then, I’ve sent four follow-up emails and even a registered letter, all without any reply. As of today (end of June), we’ve still not received the order or even the courtesy of a response. To make matters worse, the phone number listed on their website appears to be incorrect or disconnected.

We really wanted to continue supporting this business, but this lack of communication and customer service has left us feeling let down. I hope Radford Pies sees this and reaches out to make things right.

Very poor. We placed our 3rd order with Radford Pies & had high hoped as per our previous experience. However after 3 weeks of waiting, the pies arrived in a plain box which didn't say what was in it, or that it needed to be placed in the fridge. Luckily we were home so opened the box & it was disgusting. The box was hot inside & the pies were several days out of date & mouldly.
I emailed to say the situation & assumed the courier was to blame & waited on a reply. Nothing.
I have emailed twice since & not even a courtesy reply to me.
Honestly I am really disappointed as have recommended to several people who all have had different issues with them. £50+ out of pocket, I will be contacting my bank to move forward.
For what could of been an easy apology and replacement/refund has now meant yet another negative review for them!

Absolutely love these pies, full of filling, lovely pastry that's why its hard to have to write this. Its the third time I have ordered and of two of these orders I have received 1 pie less than I ordered and paid for. I have sent 3 emails so far and still no response. Last time I finally got a refund for the missing pie but not this time. Its so hard to be critical but they need to organise responses better as a lot of people on these reviews say the same thing. Radfords please improve here please its very frustrating. Thanks

Ordered some pies and after a week, they still hadn’t arrived. They finally came just under a month later out of the blue. In the time of waiting for the delivery, I sent three or four e-mails but had no response to any of them. I find this totally unacceptable, so Noel or sue, if you read this please do something to improve your customer service skills, it only takes a minute to send a quick reply. Reading reviews, I can see you’ve lost a huge amount of possible future sales with your lack of interaction and painfully slow deliveries, some people even not receiving their orders at all. The pies that I ordered were absolutely beautiful, probably the best that we have ever had, so in spite of the problems I’ve had I will be ordering again, just please try to send correspondence where due and get your deliveries in the four to five days time frame stated. Change delivery company if it’s going to mean many more positive than negative customer experiences.

I ordered 10 pies on the 31st may 2025 on the app as I have been using it for the last 6 orders the pies arrived in excellent condition within the time frame listed I would certainly recommend any one to use this Company
