Nice design and high quality. Not that easy to install.

Ich habe fünf Kleiderstangen für Wandmontage der Modelle Joey und Marlow bestellt. Leider kamen die schwarzen Stangen bereits verkratzt an und auch die Montage war sehr umständlich, da die einzelnen Teile nur mit äußerster Gewaltanwendung überhaupt zusammengepasst haben. Wir haben uns schließlich dazu entschieden, alles zurückzusenden. Hierbei sollte man wissen, dass der Kunde die Kosten hierfür selbst tragen muss. Bei uns waren das für zwei Pakete nach Dänemark knapp 70 Euro!

I ordered the Joey frame in black. The package arrived very well packaged. Assembly was very easy. The product is very well made and looks great.

Hurtig ekspedition. Vi købte et tøjstativ, som var “pre-loved”. Vi kunne ærlig talt ikke se, at det skulle have været brugt. Bar ingen tegn på brug og er simpelthen så fin. Nem at hænge op

I first ordered the big frame which was too big for my place - return and refund were easy - the new, smaller frame (Georgia) came promptly and it's perfect. Easy to assemble and it looks stunning.

I ordered the Marlow coat rack. Very Smooth process. After receiving I saw a few damages on the shelf. I contacted Rack Buddy by Mail and got immediately answer. The offered a very good solution. I already mounted the rack. Extremely happy with it en also with the contact of Rack Buddy.

I recenty purchased the Jessie cloths rail and it is perfect.
Why would I purchase a wardrobe when I can have this sleep contemporary rack for a fraction of the price.

I have recently bought a RackBuddy shoe rack, and we are very happy with it. With the look and design, the actual weight snd their re-use of industrial materials. A true beauty - our RackBuddy.

The customer service was the best ever experienced. When the delivery vompany failed to deliver, Patricia from RackBuddy personally followed up until the new buddy was safe at home. Not only once, but through the whole process.

Worth assemble experience I ever had in my life.
First of all it takes so much time and skill to make sure all racks aligned when attaching it to the wall. Only go with rackbuddy if you are super advanced DIV person.
Second manuals are very shallow, lots of nuances not covered and you find yourself reassembling the same peaces multiple time.

Do not recommend until company would work on quality and do not lie about simplicity to assemble

Update: After full assemble, still not super happy with assembly process but increasing rate since rack looks fine

Poor quality, not like previous products, not sturdy and hard to put together with lots of debree from packaging
